盆栽村ルート in English

Introducing to Omiya Bonsai Village (大宮盆栽村), Omiya Park (大宮公園) & Hikawa Shrine (氷川神社)

This year is almost 2018, I would you to forgive. As you see, here is ground use of the BONSAI card. @Toro Station (土呂駅)

Next is the manhole cover. It's filled with six-bonsai pattern. You should also watch down at ground, not just sightseeing.

This is the Omiya bonsai museum of Saitama City (さいたま市立大宮盆栽美術館).

This is the house of the four seasons (盆栽四季の家). Around here including last museum, you're able to go round seeing many different bonsai gardens. I think there're easy entering 4 places. Those are Seiko-en(清香園), Mansei-en(蔓青園), Fuyo-en(芙蓉園) and Toju-en(藤樹園). If you look at website researching for Omiya Bonsai Village gardens, you can find other gardens.

This is Omiya-Koen/Omiya Park Station (大宮公園駅).
Here you are, through Bonsai Village from Toro Station. I apologize hard photo to everyone. This flat architecture looks simple, chic, elegant, cool and not too much gorgeous. It's suitable in rich nature of bonsai.

Surely, you may go for Omiya Park. It has so many forests and trees. Here are My 2 shots, but I hope you'll like this huge park.

Sorry for ignorance of route order

This is first shrine gateway/ichino torii (一の鳥居). It's close from Saitama-Shintoshin Station (さいたま新都心駅). Here is start of Hikawa-Sando/Hikawa approach (氷川参道) for Hikawa Shrine (氷川神社).
Hikawa Shrine itself is in Omiya Park.

Again sorry for forgetting photo of second and third gateway (二の鳥居,三の鳥居)
This is simple approach for shrine main area, I would everyone to feel serene boulevard.

Let's go into main area/keidai (境内), you must!!!

I think Hikawa Shrine looks like locating in central part of approach and park. Apparently Bonsai Village Route is designated scenic zone of Saitama City (さいたま市風致地区). You must enjoy after acquiring knowledge a little.

I took them in closing main area, no one is there.

Thanks for reading my so long article! Maybe Bonsai Village route takes half of a day, moreover in the morning many people visit particularly Shrine. Be prepared for crowd, and you may sightsee here with relaxing. Having a long time is better than short or nothing, as you know. See you next trip!
