英検一級二次試験 合格最短コース☆スピーチパッケージ50選☆

はじめまして。私は社会人で英語を趣味で勉強しています。
2024年1月に初めて英検1級を受験しました。
日本人に特有の読み書きは得意というパターンで、無事一次試験は乗り越えることができました。

一次試験結果は無事合格したものの、二次試験についてはまったくの無知でした。ましてや周りには英語を話す人もおらず、英語を使う機会すらない自分にとって、二次試験は最大の鬼門でした。

しかし2024年3月の二次試験に、ぎりぎりで合格できました。

面接官との相性、当日出されるトピックの当たり外れ、色々な要素が良い方向に転んだのだと思います。しかしそれ以上に直前で行ったある対策が奏功したと思っています。

日頃英語をまったく口にすることも無い自分が二次試験を合格できたたった一つの理由、それは「可能な限りモデルスピーチを作成して暗唱した」からだと思っています。

【私が二次試験のためにやったこと】
1．思いつく限りのお題を出す
2．お題に対するProとConを並べる
3．スピーチを作成する
4．作成したスピーチを声に出して読む（記憶しなくても良い！）

二次試験までの時間をほぼこの作業に費やしました。
ただし1-3番については省略できる場合はスキップすることが賢明だと感じています。なぜなら当日出るお題は誰にも予想ができず、ましてやそのお題に沿ったトピックを暗唱することなんて出来ないからです。

ただし4番についてはとても効果がある対策だと感じました。
・英語で喋った時の不安やおどおどを消す
・スピーチ特有の言い回しに慣れる
・なんども声に出して読むうちにリズムを覚えてくる
など、明らかに練習の効果を感じることができました。

英検一級二次試験は非常に特殊なテストです。
しかしテストである以上対策は可能です。
私の考える最大効果を生み出す対策は「スピーチを声に出して読む（記憶しなくても良い！）」です。
