Day 21_MBA Journey_Product Life Cycle

In any industry and product, there are life cycle. As a manager, it is essential to be able to grasp market condition and draw market strategy based on it. There are 4 stages that industry and product go through from their entry and exit.

1. Introduction
2. Growth
3. Maturity
4. Decline

Knowing Marketing Condition and Marketing Strategy taught in class enable one to draw milestone of launching new product.

On top of these great tools, we have learned other great insight


Challenges:
