I have compared that death statistics in Philippines year 2020 and 2021 with  following government official data.

So far we can use until November, but it seems more time to settle down. We have to wait whole year statistic data more one month. 

Technical Notes on the Birth, Marriage, and Death Statistics for 2021

Following Death Statistics chart shows 2020 in blue and 2021 in orange and Δ = 2021-2020 

From March to October, Δ＝５３．３％ increased death compare to 2020.
Data shows that From March 2021 rapidly increasing Δ over 30% each month.
