The Most Stunning Natural Attraction in New Zealand

In my day six at Queenstown, I decided to visit Milford Sound, the most famous tourist attraction place in New Zealand. Before I take you through my journey, I will give you a bit of information about Milford Sound and its history.

Milford Sound is One of the prominent tourist attraction places in New Zealand. It attracts nearly 550,000 to 1 million tourists annually. Therefore, Milford Sound is recognized as the most visited tourist attraction place in New Zealand. The fiord is commonly accessed via road state highway 94 by your vehicle or by coach and reach the Milford Sound village. Fiord runs 15 km and meets Tasman sea at Dale Point.
Milford Sound was found by captain John Grono in 1812 and named the area as Milford Sound. The famous British writer Rudyard Kipling visited here in 1890, and he named Milford Sound as the “Eighth wonder of the world”. UNESCO World Heritage site in 1990 which is known as Te Wahipounamu World Heritage site. And also, it is a National Park and a marine reserve.
