１、スパイスについてのお話し
スパイスと歴史と身体についてのお話し
『実は健康にもいいスパイス！！』

２、スパイスを焼く
スパイスのトースト方法

３、ブレンドの仕方
ミルを使ったブレンドのコツをお伝えいたします

４、オリジナルブレンドスパイスを使ったお料理作り

オリジナルブレンドスパイスで作る料理をご提案させていただきます！！
もちろん一緒に作ります！！
スパイスの料理での使い方と、スパイスがもたらす味わいの効果をお話しさせていたします

５、最後に一緒に食べる
コメントや質問のお時間
教室で作ったブレンドも小さい瓶で持ち帰りいただけます！！

Wanna learn how to use spices efficiently? Do you feel like you need more spice in your life? Search no more! I'll teach you everything you need to know! 🤓

I'll be teaching about the history of spices, their importance in not only cooking but also people's daily lives and health, which we will then toast some spices together and blend them, and finally turn them into a certain dish, which we will eat together!

You will be taking home your own blends in a small glass container!
