[Partner Sharing]
You and your loved one can share your feelings.
You can share your emotions with your loved ones, such as a couple raising a child, a partner with mental illness, a caregiver, a parent with a child out of school, a parent who wants to understand their loved one's feelings, etc...
You will receive a notification when your partner updates the kilometer. It displays your partner's current feelings and "SOS signs" in an easy-to-understand manner with emotions and numerical values. When you read the diary, the sign you saw will be automatically attached!(Partner sharing can be easily cancelled.)

I just had a visit to the mental clinic. I was able to tell them about my difficult relationship at work. I entered my feelings and events into "Kokoro Kiroku" and showed it to the doctor. I couldn't put my thoughts together, but I was glad that my feelings were conveyed just by showing the app. I felt a little refreshed to be able to talk about my problems.

Stress is a fact of life for all of us. In today's competitive world, we all have experienced stress in our lives. However, even when we are in pain, we can get back on our feet again if we don't let our feelings consume us.

If you can feel the fun and joy and the ordinary happiness that is there as it is, you can feel that life is not something to be thrown away. In the long run of your life, you will be your own best healer and understanding person. If you can successfully take care of your own mental health, you will be able to crush it in your life. You may even be able to apply it when problems come your way.

Let's give it a try. If you think you can do it, why don't you take your time and start at your own pace?
