As our CEO mentioned, this great episode told by our VP of Operations & Strategy embodies the humility and boldness the company was built on. "Leaders become great not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others."

Listening to this again tells me the company's culture is still there which are based on humility, boldness, fast, and immersive with a strong emphasis on diversity, trust, transparency, and employees' sense of security. This is the biggest reason why I boarded this crazy rocketship and I am more than happy that this episode is now out. You could tell how communication with honesty is regarded as a very crucial thing even in our management level from how he described the reasons for joining the company as well, in a very friendly way.

Scaling a company at such a crazily fast pace sometimes involves some friction within itself, but I am very looking forward to working with the great leaders in HQ to make this company embody our MVV and be a GPTW for the people we truly would like to work with.

No matter what people say in Japan, I do not give a fuck. Not aligning with the core culture of the company just make employees' motivation sluggish and people we need are not that kind of people, who unfortunately are still there in some offices. We will work on it and definetley make it a company with the great culture which is there in the HQ.
