Prologue

I love foods.

I also love eating, making dishes, baking, looking for good restaurants and talking about foods.

I’m interested in the agriculture and organic foods.

I don’t know why I love these.

I just love them.

When we didn’t have internet, I normally got information about them from people or magazines.

Internet changed the way to get information.

I could get useful and interesting information just by typing keywords.

It’s still amazing tool.

However, recently it’s pretty hard to get genuine and good information with internet because of the curators and paid fake information.

I sometimes think...

I wish I could get only genuine and good information about foods.

Then I also thought I could give genuine and good information.

If there are people trying to find the information like me, it will be good for them as well.

If people don’t need the information, it will be my memorandum.

I know we have different tastes.

Which means what I like is not what all people like.

Nevertheless, I hope my information will be useful for someone who has the tastes like me.
