Do not wash in the first week after receiving the shirt. Turn your shirt inside out when washing and ironing. Do not use bleach or wash too harshly. Should only be used to dry, do not use a dryer.
Order shipping time
When the customer finishes ordering. Orders need 1 to 5 days (normally 2-3 days) to print shirts. After printing, the shirt will be sent to the post office immediately. If the order falls on Thursday or Friday, the order may be printed on Monday (because the factory is closed on Saturday and Sunday).
Shipping time after printing is completed is about 5 to 10 days depending on the state. International shipping is plus 15+ compared to the US.
The tracking code will be updated on the website after the post office sends it to us.
Return and refund policy
Customers please read our policies carefully before making payment.
When the customer receives the product. If the product is damaged or the size is wrong. The customer sent an email with 2 photos of the product (the defective location and the entire shirt). You can ask us to resend your order for a new replacement or refund.
If the error comes from the customer, the wrong size, or not liking something due to a mistake when ordering. We will not exchange or refund. Please read the policy carefully and if you have any questions, please email us before payment.
