今から１００人カイギのレポートを書いていきます。
I'm going to write a report [100people Kaigi]

今回は受付ではなく、PC操作およびタイマーとして携わりました。
I was not a receptionist, but a PC operator and timekeeper.
会場はいつも通りのオモケンパークです。
The place of events was "Omoken Park".
オモケンパークの机を外に出し、カウンターの壁にスクリーン取り付けて
会場設計を行いました。
この会場は前回に比べて、結構よかったです。
では、レポートを記載します。

一人目は吉村竜太郎さん
The first person is Yoshimura.
アメフトの選手で見た目はごつく怖い見た目でしたが、
He was a football player and looked big and scary.
話す口調は心優しい関西のお兄さんみたいな感じでした。
But when I talked to him, he was a very kind and friendly man.
イメージとしてはディズニーの【美女と野獣】の野獣のイメージ
If I were to compare it to a character, it would be the Beast from "Beauty and the Beast.
アメフトとラグビーの違いは恥ずかしながら、わかりませんでした。
I was not sure about the difference between football and rugby.
I am very embarrassed about it.
自己紹介と現在やっている内容についての話はとても興味深かったです。
現在もアメフト選手として活躍されながら、教育の現場に携わっている吉村さんはすごく
後ろからでも輝いて見えました。
I think it's great that you are a football player and a teacher in different fields.
大学生が輝くコミュニティづくりを今後したいと思ってらっしゃるそうで、
吉村さんらしく、コミュニティを作って、熊本の大学生同士が活発に動いてくれる熊本を期待したいです。
He said he hopes to create a community where university students can shine in the future.
Through sports, I would like to see more and more Kumamoto created, where university students can become active with various people.
吉村さんなので、スポーツに重きを置いたコミュニティも面白そう。
交流戦だったり、自分は本格的に体を動かしたくないので、ゆるいスポーツを体験できる場を大学生と作っても面白そう。
The sports community will be interesting. It would also be interesting to stimulate communication through exchange games.
And I thought that a loose sports exchange game would be interesting.

二人目は玉城美香子さん
The second person is Tamaki.
空手で優勝経験のある女性で、自分にはないエネルギーにあふれている様な方でした。
She has won a championship in karate.She was a woman full of vitality.
10分間のプレゼンの中で、心が乱気流に入った飛行機かぐらい揺れました。
In just ten short minutes, I was moved by her story.
空手で優勝していた時期から負けてしまった挫折の話。
後ろで聞いていたのですが、辛くて、結構ぐったりしました。
The story of my frustration was so painful here that I thought I was reliving it myself.
勝ち負けにこだわった人が挫折を経て、どんな人に出会って、救われたのかを知ることができたのはすごくよかった。
It was great to know what kind of people I met that helped me through the setbacks of someone who was so focused on winning and losing.
現在は自分が経験したことから得られたものをいろんな方へ伝える活動をしているそうです。
こうして得られたものを自分の中で解釈し、今の仕事に生かしているんだろうと勝手に思いました。
She is currently working to share her experience with many people.
I thought to myself that she was interpreting what she experienced in her own way and applying it to her current work.

三人目は村橋友介さん
The third person is Murahashi.
今回のプレゼンターの中で勝手に親近感がわいていたレンタル公務員です。
He was the friendliest of all the presenters. He is a civil servant.
イベントに来られた方はわかると思うのですが、ここを初めて読む方には簡単に説明します。
簡単に言うと様々なボランティア活動を行う公務員ということです。
He is a civil servant who does various volunteer work.
スキルがあるわけではなく、何もないからこそその場で多くのお手伝いができるんだと思います。
Many people can volunteer because they don't have the skills.This is his strength.
お手伝いの中には萱を採ったり、壁に漆喰を塗ったり、農作物の収穫など多岐にわたるお手伝いをされています。
Volunteer activities include many fields such as architecture and agriculture.
様々な経験をしてきている村橋さんですが、経験よりも人との出会いが楽しいとのこと。
He says that meeting people is more important than experience.
自分もイベントに行くことは人との出会いが楽しいと思えるからなので、少し親近感が勝手にわきました。
I also think it's important to go to events to meet people.
自分もこういったイベントに行くようになり、多くの出会いがありました。こういった人との出会いの場を
作っていったり、人を紹介する活動も今後とても大切になるのかなと思いました。
I met many people by going to events. He said that through his volunteer work, he would like to do activities that introduce people to places to meet and interesting people.

四人目はJacobssさん夫妻です。
The fourth is Mr. and Mrs. Jacobss.
ラリーさんと久美子さんのお二人が英語と日本語を交えてプレゼンされました。
They gave presentations in both English and Japanese.
プレゼンの内容は今日本に来てどういったことをしているかです。
I gave a presentation about what I am doing after moving to Japan.
お二人にはアレルギーや乳製品で具合が悪くなるという食事における大きな障壁があります。
Both of them become unwell due to allergies and dairy products.
They have major dietary disabilities.
アメリカではそういう方向けの食品ラインナップが豊富のため、あまり困らなかったらしいです。
In America, there is a wide range of food products for people with allergies.
日本に移住すると少しずつアレルギーに配慮した製品が出ているものの、ラインナップが少ないため
Although there are products that are allergy-friendly in Japan, the lineup is smaller than in the United States.
日本で外食もできないとのことです。
Therefore, they cannot eat at restaurants.
お菓子作りが好きなラリーさんはアレルギーが判明した後で
自分でも食べられるお菓子を作り販売するための会社を立ち上げました。
Larry, who loves making sweets, has started a company to sell sweets for people with allergies in Japan.
現在もクッキーの研究開発を行っているらしく、チョコクッキーを開発されているそうです。
It seems that they are developing cookies with various flavors. We also have chocolate cookies.
司会者の方はチョコクッキーを食べたそうですが、かなりおいしかったとのことです。
It seems that the host has eaten a few cookies. He said it was quite delicious.
一度は食べてみたいです。
I'd like to try some cookies.

五人目は三浦峰子さん
The fifth person is Miura.
ワクワクおうちLabに所属し、ライフオーガナイザーとして活動されています。
She belongs to Wakuwaku_Ouchi_Lab and does cleaning and organizing work.
簡単に言うとお片付けのプロです。もともとお片付けが好きなのかなと思っていました。
Simply put, she is a organizing professional. I thought maybe I like organizing.
しかし、プレゼンを聞くともともと片付けができないとのこと。
It was presented that she could not clean up.
片付けが苦手のスライドを見たときに心に刺さりまくりました。
I sympathized with the slide where she talked about how she was bad at cleaning up.
片付けには正解がなく、個人個人にあった片付け方法を見つけていくというサポートみたいなことをされているみたい。
As a professional organizer, she says there is no right way to organize. There is a method tailored to each individual, find that method.According to her, support is more important than guidance.
部屋も汚いし、やってほしいな。
My room is also dirty, so please help me.
お片付けを専門とした事業自体30ほどあると聞き、驚いた。
I was surprised to hear that there are 30 organizing organizations.
しかし、自分の部屋以外にも企業も含めるとなれば、それぐらいあるのが正しいのかもしれない。
However, the number of 30 organizations may be small if services are provided not only to individuals' homes but also to businesses.
片付けをメインとした体験型イベントもあり、楽しそう。
個人で参加できるイベントがあれば、行きたい！
This hands-on event with the theme of organization looks like a lot of fun.
I would love to participate in that event.

六人目は中川雄貴さん
The Sixth person is Nakagawa.
東洋シールという会社の代表取締役でインフルエンサーとのこと。
CEO of "Touyou Caulking" company and ambassador.
東洋シールとはシーリングという作業を行う会社とのことで、シーリングを初めて知りました。
"Touyou Caulking" company is a company that performs the work called Caulking.
It was the first time I learned about the word "Caulking" and the work.
このシーリングという言葉を初めて聞く方もいらっしゃると思います。
If you are reading this article for the first time, this is probably the first time you have heard of the word "Caulking".
簡単に言うと外壁のパネルなどの隙間を埋める作業のことです。
パネル以外にも隙間を埋める作業のことをシーリングといいます。
To put it simply, it is the work of filling in the gaps in buildings.
"Caulking" is an important work to fill the outer walls, piping, and gaps to improve airtightness.
水漏れや耐震性を上げるとても大切な工程になります。
"Caulking" is important work to prevent water leaks and improve earthquake resistance.
では、いったいなぜインフルエンサーをされているのでしょうか？
Why are you an ambassador?
シーリングという作業を知ってほしいというのと技術の継承および発信ということでした。
He wants to know more about Caulking's work. The purpose is to pass on technology and disseminate technology.
1万人ほどインスタグラムのフォロワーさんがいらっしゃるそうです。
He seems to have 10,000 followers on Instagram.
インスタグラムで技術の発信をしているそうなので、一度覗いてみようと思います。
It seems that he is disseminating technology through Instagram.By the way, I followed him.
後、Mr of the year の九州ファイナリストに選ばれたそうです。これから頑張ってほしいです。
It seems that he was selected as a Kyushu finalist in Mr of the year.
I wish him all the best from now on.
いつか結果を話に来てほしいですね！！

いつもとは異なる役割をしましたが、楽しめたと思います。
Although my role was not a receptionist, I was able to enjoy participating in the event.
当日中にレポートを書きたかったのですが、すごく眠かった。
I wanted to publish the article within the same day. However, I was very, very sleepy.
ご飯を食べて、おなか一杯になったときにすさまじい眠気に襲われ、寝ました。
When my stomach was full, I felt very sleepy.

日曜日に朝ごはんを食べ、午前中に記載していたのですが、
The next day, I ate and wrote the article in the morning.
日曜日に食べた朝ごはんにあたってしまい、ずっとトイレとお友達状態で
3時間の格闘の末、ようやく記載が終わりました。
I got sick at breakfast. I don't feel very well so I have to stay near the bathroom for about 3 hours.
日本語と英訳した記事がようやく記載できたので、肩の荷が下りました。
ゆっくりと夜寝れます。
I was able to publish an article written in Japanese and English.It took the load off my mind.
