My birthday

My birthday is 17 Nov, which usually written as "11/17" in Japan.

I know the both of 11 and 17 are prime numbers, but I didn't know they are also called as super prime numbers.

The following super prime numbers can be appeared in the calendar:

3,5,11,17,31

This means only following combinations can be appeared in the calendar:

3/3, 3/5, 3/11, 3/17, 3/31, 5/3, 5/5, 5/11, 5/17, 5/31, 11/3, 11/5, 11/11, 11/17

As you can see, 17 Nov (11/17) is the last day of a year where days consist of super prime numbers.

Oh, suddenly the day 17 Nov looks more special than before :).

私の誕生日は 11 月 17 日で、な〜んも特徴のない日とか思っていたんですが。そう言えば、11 も 17 も素数だなと。

ふと調べてみたら、実は 11 も 17 もスーパー素数って呼ばれる数だったんです。知らんかった。

スーパー素数は 3,5,11,17,31,41,... と続くんですが、31 までのスーパー素数しか月日には現れません。

31 日ある月は 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12 月で、そもそもスーパー素数な月は 3, 5, 11 月。

となると組み合わせ的には

3/3, 3/5, 3/11, 3/17, 3/31, 5/3, 5/5, 5/11, 5/17, 5/31, 11/3, 11/5, 11/11, 11/17

しかないわけで。

11 月 17 日はスーパー素数で構成される月日のうち、一年で一番最後になる。うぉ〜、なんか急に特別感が出てきたぞ。
