やっと62キロ台になった！
慎重にゆっくり落としているから、落ちると嬉しい。
焦ってカロリーや糖質を減らしすぎると水分や筋肉がなくなって、脂肪が多い、代謝の悪い身体になるだけだと分かったから。
ひと月に2キロくらいずつじっくりと。
きのこや海藻、野菜やこんにゃくなどをたくさん食べながら減らす。

I finally reached the 62kg range!
I'm lose weight carefully and slowly, so I'm happy when it down.
I learned that if I rush to reduce calories and carbohydrates too much, I'll lose water and muscle, resulting in a body with a lot of fat and poor metabolism.
Slowly lose about 2 kg a month.
Lose weight while eating lots of mushrooms, seaweed, vegetables, and konnyaku.
BMI value will be within normal range soon.
