びっくりしたら、体脂肪は減って筋肉が増えていた。
それは良いことかしら？

英語の日記の動画を作るようになったから、英語力が上がっていて、
聞き取りも作文も楽しくできる。
嬉しい。
レベルもスキップできた。
楽しくて夢中になっていたら7時過ぎていた。

火元素赤色の情熱の才能はカロリーママのアプリで。
風元素青色の知識の才能はデュオリンゴのアプリで伸ばすことにしよう。
