はじめて聞いたWeb用語

早速、Web用語を学んだのでアウトプットしようと思います。恐らくこれらの用語はWebマーケティングでは基礎中の基礎だと思いますが、私自身、メーカーからIT企業に転職したばかりで、まだWeb用語で知らないものがたくさんあるので、温かい目で見守ってください。。noteにアウトプットして、徐々に覚えていきたいと思います。

以前友人たちと休日に集まった時、Web広告の仕事をしている友人が仕事があるからと遅れてきました。「お疲れ様～」と伝えたところ、「CPAが上がっててさ～大変だったんだよ～」と言われ、私は「CPA？？？」となりました。

私は分からない言葉を聞いたら、「必ず調べて覚える」ことを意識しています。知らない言葉を聞くと、どういう意味だろう？と考えてしまい思考・内容理解が停止してしまい、勿体ないと思うからです。

【CV】＝コンバージョン、Conversion

Web広告での最重要指標。サイトごとに設定するゴールにユーザーが辿り着くこと。

例えば、物販サイトであれば、「商品を購入すること」「資料を請求すること」がCV。

【CPA】：Cost Per Action

顧客獲得単価。新規顧客を獲得するのに、1人あたりいくらかかったかを示すもの。

例えば、あるサイトの登録ユーザーを集める広告キャンペーンで、広告費が100万円、獲得したユーザーが1万人ならば、CPAは「100万円÷1万円＝100円」となる。

以上を踏まえると、「CPA=COST÷CV」。

なるほど！「CV」はそのECサイトで何をゴールにするのかで内容が変わってくるのか。

普段分からない単語が出てきたときはググるかYoutubeで解説動画をみているのですが、何か良い調べ方が他にもあるよ！という方は教えてください！

I would like to write down the new words for web marketing so that I can understand their meaning correctly and remember them. I know that they are the basic terms in IT industry but I have just changed my job from manufacturing industry to IT industry this month, so I hope you guys go easy on me! haha I will remember IT terms one by one by outputting on this note.

When I met some of my friends on holiday, one of them doing IT marketing stuff was late. I said "Are you ok?" to her and she said "I was fixing CPA as it went up!". Then I was like "CPA?? What is it?".

When I come across words that I don't know, I definitely look them up as they make me stuck and stop thinking and understanding even if the sentence continues.

【CV】＝Conversion

The Key Indicators in Web Marketing. It means that the user reach the goal that is set depending the website.

For example, purchasing the products or requesting documents are CV on the EC website.

【CPA】：Cost Per Action

Unit cost for one customer acquisition. 

For example, in the advertising campaign for registered users acquisition, if the advertising cost is 100M and you get 10K users, the CPA can be calculated as following. 

CPA=「100M ÷10K＝100」

Considering above, 「CPA=COST÷CV」。

I got it！「CV」 can be changed depending on the goal you set on the EC website.
