We are answering frequent questions about Symbol Walk on this page and showing how to use the app and apply for an exchange to XYM, so you can refer to this page for such questions .

What wallets are supported?
What is the memo when applying for an exchange?
How much (symbols) do I get?

Q. What wallets are supported?

A. Please refer to the following bellow
（Wallet）
・Symbo Wallet
・Arcana Wallet etc

（Exchange）
・BINANCE
・bitFlyer
・GMO COIN
・Zaif
・bitbank etc

Q. What is the memo when applying for an exchange?

A. When applying for an exchange, there is a field for entering a memo. The user who applying with an exchange wallet require to fill in this field. (Ex) 17586975 or a5b65c68dIf
The user applying with walllet is not required to fill in this field.

Q. How much (symbol) do I get?

A. It is not a fixed rate like 1 Pyrite = 1 XYM. It is calculated based on the number of users playing Symbol Walk.

Q. Is there an Android version?

A. Not, yet. It may be developed and released in the near future.

Q. Can I change my device (transfer my account)?

A. There is no in-app account transfer function. But Pyrite can be transferred to the new iPhone with transfer directly.

Q. Can I use multiple devices?

A. Yes, you can.

Q. My steps are not reflected.

Please make sure that it is linked to your healthcare application. Even if the linkage is correct, the step count information may take some time to be reflected in Symbol Walk app. If the information is not reflected, please contact us via Discord.
