P'Tul said that he normally takes care of his body from the inside, said he is 31 years old already, he is not young now, so he hate to/mut focus on his eating, his sleep, his rest too and also working out/exercising. He said that he also does IF, he has been doing this for 4 years now, he he only eats lunch and dinner. HE is trying to stay in shape/stay fit.
He said that when doing IF, you can do whatever you want/anything you want, you don't need to be on a hard/strict diet, you can eat anything but only in the period you can eat in.
MC: as you are back to Thailand already, is there is any project?
T: right now, right? Right now, I am working/doing (my) family's business. After finished studying my masters in America, I worked there for about 4 months,....
