HOME - My Favorite Place in Japan

Today I am going to talk about my favorite place in Japan. I really like my home in Japan which is located in a residential area of Yokohama city. The house was built in December 2003 (I guess), and was designed by my mother. She worked as a site supervisor for this project as well. The house is not huge, however, it is a cozy place and a good design. I always feel my family is close, although it sometimes makes me annoyed since we argue a lot. The house's main materials are wood, stainless (hairline finished) and plaster. The house is very open and allows for airflow, while keeping us cool in summer and warm in winter. The floor utilizes radiant heat flooring. Furthermore, the yard looks amazing. Each season demonstrates its features such as maple trees and hydrangeas. We chat everyday in the dining and living area rooms. 

There used to be four humans, a rabbit and a dog though, currently only two people.
