Situation in Ukraine
It's been 678 days since the Russian invasion of Kyiv,
so let's start with general matters.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,

Avdiivka
The Russians have launched 18 attacks in this sector,
the same as yesterday,
and the Ukrainian army continues to block their advance.

the Russians used a drone to attack a Ukrainian military assembly south of the settlement,
followed by the usual advance of tanks and infantry fighting vehicles across the railroad tracks to the east,
