How to take a detox bath that cleanses your body and mind with hydrogen and Japanese herbs while increasing your average body temperature.

After continuing the #DetoxBath for about 10 days, my average body temperature, which was in the mid-35 degrees Celsius range, increased by approximately 0.8 degrees to about 36.5 degrees!

My body temperature.

My Detox Bath Methods:

  1. Drink #Suisocha (Hydrogen tea, how to make go to www.suisocha.com  ) before and during the bath.

  2. Soak in a hot( about 40°C to 41°C) #Magnesium #Hydrogenbath or herbal medicinal bath for about 20 minutes, raising your body temperature by about 1 degree.

  3. After the bath, stay undressed, cover yourself with a bath towel both top and bottom, and rest for 20 minutes in a warm place such as in bed.

  4. Wipe off the sweat, and you're done.

I used pure magnesium beads to create a hydrogen bath because pure magnesium can emit hydrogen when it comes into contact with water.

         2H2O + 2Mg -> 2Mg(OH)2 + H2

Hydrogen exists abundantly on Earth, primarily as a compound, especially in the form of water. It doesn't exist as a molecular gas. As long as we breathe and live, reactive oxygen species are generated within our bodies. The accumulation of excess reactive oxygen species in the body can lead to various diseases and aging.

In 2007, Dr. Shigeo Ohta discovered that the intake of hydrogen molecules (H2) leads to their permeation throughout the entire body and the selective removal of harmful reactive oxygen species (such as hydroxyl radicals and free radicals). His findings were published in Nature Medicine, and since then, hydrogen has become a major trend in Japan, especially in fields related to health, sports, and beauty. Harmful reactive oxygen species are known to be a significant factor in many diseases and the aging process.

Reactive oxygen species can be categorized into beneficial and harmful types. For instance, hydrogen boasts an antioxidant capacity 176 times greater than that of Vitamin C, which is renowned for its antioxidant properties. Unlike Vitamin C, which cannot distinguish between the two types and removes both beneficial and harmful reactive oxygen species, hydrogen selectively eliminates harmful ones. Ingested hydrogen molecules rapidly react with hydroxyl radicals throughout the body, neutralize them, and are harmlessly excreted as water. Furthermore, unlike larger molecules, hydrogen can penetrate the brain. It is effective in the brain for the removal of reactive oxygen species, and its benefits have been demonstrated in cases of Alzheimer's and dementia.

Reactive oxygen species are involved in nearly all diseases of organs and tissues, from the nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, and haematological systems to the eyes, nose, teeth, bones, and skin. In many cases, hydrogen has been shown to be effective in mitigating these issues. In summary, for us to live and thrive, we need oxygen. To live with vitality and youthful vigour, we also require hydrogen.

In Japan, there was a misconception about hydrogen due to an announcement by the National Life Center in 2016, stating that "hydrogen water" had no effects. This led to the misconception that hydrogen itself is pseudo-science. However, it's essential to clarify that the National Life Center's announcement was a warning about products labelled as "hydrogen water" that did not actually contain hydrogen, and they never stated that hydrogen itself has no health benefits. Nevertheless, the media widely reported this as "hydrogen has no effect," leading some people to still view it as pseudoscience. The effectiveness of hydrogen has been scientifically proven in the field of medicine.

Hydrogen is the smallest molecule in the universe. This means that even if it's put into plastic containers, it escapes rapidly, much like water draining through a sieve. So, even if there was hydrogen during the packaging process at a factory, by the time consumers drink it, it often becomes plain water. This is why I believe it's crucial to make and consume hydrogen water immediately.

The Suisocha I create using my method keeps the hydrogen for a significantly longer time, at least 2-3 days, compared to machine-produced versions.

I also made herbal #ChineseMedicinalBathBomb with Yomogi (Japanese #Mugwort ), #Dokudami (Houttuynia cordata), Cinamon, star anise, clove, plantain, dried mandarin skin etc. I grow Mugwort and Dokudami in a planter.

My homemade Chinese Medicinal Bath Bomb
My dried herbs hand picked from Japan.

The reason I chose mugwort as the primary ingredient in my medicinal detox bath bomb is that, firstly, it is a beloved traditional medicinal herb and based on information from Dr. Henry Lai, the leader of the research team at the University of Washington,

#Artemisinin found in mugwort can selectively eliminate approximately 100 times more cancer cells than healthy cells, and it can target cancer cells with 34,000 times more precision than chemotherapy.

and the paper on Science.

My Yomogi Plant (Japanese mugwort)

The reason for using Dokudami as the secondary main ingredient is that, as its name suggests (written as "10 medicines" in Japanese), it's a remarkable medicinal herb with tenfold benefits. Dokudami is expected to prevent blemishes due to its antioxidant properties and metabolism-boosting effects. Additionally, it has antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus, which can cause skin problems such as acne and suppuration, as well as against filamentous fungi that can cause rashes and itching. Dokudami also promotes the growth of beneficial skin bacteria called epidermal micrococci. When Dokudami is consumed as tea, combined with its diuretic and digestive improvement properties, it's expected to enhance skin beauty from the inside out. Anyway, it's good for the skin and works better for insect bites than over-the-counter medicine. So, in the past, I used to bring dried Dokudami which I picked in Japan like the one in the last picture from Japan, but now I buy plants and take great care of them for future use.
