It's really hard to be a hero

　According to media reports, self-incriminating messages, photos, and videos that many Capitol rioters posted on social media before, during, and after the January 6th insurrection are influencing their criminal sentences.
　Many people crave heroism, but true heroism is rare. Often, we find misguided hero worship based on the self-serving belief that "justice justifies any action."
　Alternatively, they may try to emulate the "hero" based on the same flawed logic: "I'm a warrior of justice, so everything I do is right."
