コレはprivacy policy内に有ります。（アバターの下にある総ステップ数や靴の数が記載してある一番下に薄い文字で有ります）

書いてある事は以下の通りです。
6.7 Aglet prohibits cheating and we regularly take steps to improve our anti-cheat measures. We view cheating as any action that attempts to, alters, or interferes with the normal behaviour of the App. This includes, but is not limited to any of the following:
Agletは不正行為を禁止しており、不正行為防止措置を定期的に実施。Agletでは、アプリの通常の動作の変更や妨害、またこれらを試みる行為を不正行為とみなす。具体的には次の行為が含まれるが、これらに限定されるものではない。
 
 
2 Accessing the App in an unauthorized manner - using modified or unofficial third party software;
Playing with multiple accounts;
Sharing accounts;
Falsifying steps or movement via unauthorized third-party software or hardware (phone "swings" and "shakers" and any type of device designed to create fraudulent movement or steps);
Falsifying or altering a device"s location (GPS spoofing, for example);
Playing with a non-official download of the App (not directly downloaded from the Google Play or Apple App store)
Accessing the App via a "jailbroken" device;
Selling or trading accounts; or
Any other activities or usage which has the effect of, or is intended to, interfere with the normal behavior of the App.
‐改変または非公式のサードパーティ―製ソフトウェアを使用したアプリへの‐不正アクセス;
‐複数のアカウントの利用;
‐アカウントの共有;
‐非許可のサードパーティ製ソフトウェアまたはハードウェアを介した歩数または動作の偽造 (スマホスイングやスマホシェーカー、その他不正に動作や歩数を稼ぐための機器);
‐端末の位置情報の偽造または変更 (GPS スプーフィングなど) ;
‐(Google Play または Apple App Store から直接ダウンロードしていない)非公式にダウンロードしたアプリの利用;
 ‐ジェイルブレイクされた端末を介したアプリへのアクセス;
‐アカウントの販売または取引;
‐アプリの通常の動作を妨害する、または妨害することを意図したあらゆる行為または使用。
 
 
3 You agree that any such activity is not authorised by us. You agree that Aglet may employ any lawful mechanisms to detect and respond to cheating, fraud, and other behavior prohibited under these Terms, including checking your device for the existence of exploits or hacking or unauthorised software, suspending or removing access to the App, deleting or removing rewards, or terminating your account.
利用者は、これらの行為がAgletによって許可されていない旨同意するものとする。利用者は、Aglet が不正行為、詐欺、および本規約で禁止されているその他の行為の検知・対応のための法的メカニズムの採用に同意するものとし、悪用、ハッキングまたは不正なソフトウェアの存在に関する利用者端末の確認、アプリへのアクセスの一時停止または抹消、報酬の削除及び抹消、またはアカウントの終了が含まれる。
 
 
4 You agree that you are not permitted to and will not:
Solicit log-in information or access an account belonging to someone else;
Impersonate any other person whether or not that other person is a user of the Site;
Bully, intimidate, or harass any user of the Site or other individual in the real world (for instance as part of checking in to a particular location);
Do anything to suggest, express or imply that statements made by you are endorsed by us;
Advertise to or solicit the custom of any of our users;
Resell or commercially exploit the contents of the Site;
Upload any files or post or publish anything on the Site that contain viruses, corrupted files, or malicious code or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's device;
Do anything that may result in the damage to property, personal injury or death of another individual; or
Otherwise do anything illegal, unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory using the Site.

‐他人のログイン情報の提供を求めることや他人のアカウントにアクセスすること
‐他人になりすます行為（当該人物が本サイトを利用している・いないに関わらず）
‐本サイトの利用者もしくは実世界の個人に対するいじめ、脅し、嫌がらせ行為（特定の場所を調べるなど）
‐Aglet側が承認したと受け取られる提案、発言もしくは示唆するコメントをすること
‐本サイト利用者への宣伝、勧誘行為
‐本サイトのコンテンツの再販もしくは商業的に悪用する行為
‐ファイルのアップロード、ウイルス、破損ファイルもしくは悪意のあるコードを含むものを本サイトに掲載もしくは公開する行為
‐器物損壊、人身損害、人を死に至らしめるような結果を招く行為
 
 
5 We reserve the right at our discretion to remove any content from the Site, terminate your registration and restrict your access to our Site at any time for any reason.
Aglet側は理由を問わずいつでも、コンテンツの削除、利用者の登録抹消や本サイトへのアクセスを制限する裁量を有する。
 
 
6 In the event that you are informed that you will no longer be entitled to access the Site, you will not be entitled to register again and you will no longer have permission to use the Site.
Aglet側から本サイトへのアクセス権を認められないと伝えられた利用者は、以後再登録は認められず、本サイトへのアクセスは認められない。
 
 
7 If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us and we will delete your account. Posted content will remain available on our Site following termination of your registration
登録を取り消したい場合はAgletまでご連絡願います、登録抹消いたします。投稿されたコンテンツは、登録終了後も当サイトで引き続きご利用いただけます。

と、言ってみればごく当たり前と言う内容ですが、相変わらず自分の質問に対する回答とすれば足りないので、以下を再度、質問しています。

「あと、規約の中にこの部分は記載されていませんが、この部分の回答はどうでしょうか？

そして、以下の事は垢BANの対象になるのでしょうか？
１、意図的に自動車、バイク、自転車等の乗り物を使ってstash巡りをし、RAやスニーカーを得た場合
２、通勤、買い物等で電車や車等に乗り、その移動途中でstashが出て来た場合、それも取ったら（openしたら）不正とみなされてしまうのか？

これらがもし、垢BANの対象になり得るのであれば、何故、プログラミング等で予め制御しないのでしょうか？例えばStepnは時速15km以下じゃないと歩数にカウントされないようにプログラミングされているようです。それはAgletのエンジニアではそう言う設定が出来ないのでしょうか？
それと、上記1、2が不正の対象となるのであれば、何故、車しか通れない高速道路上や、線路上にスタッシュを置くのでしょうか？ユーザーの自宅や職場には殆ど置かれる事はないのに。

不正を防ぐ為に垢BANするにはそれなりのルール、基準、理由があって然るべきなので、教えて下さい。

Thank you for your reply. However, I must say that there is no mention about the following possible cases in the Terms of Aglet.
 
I wonder whether the following activities would end up with termination of an account:
1. If users intentionally use vehicle, motor bike or bicycle to search Treasure Stash and get RA or sneakers; or
2. If users happen to be at Treasure Stash when they drive vehicle or get on train for commuting or shopping and get RA or sneakers (or open Treasure Stash);
 
would these activities be considered as cheating as well?
 
If such activities could end up with termination of an account, they should be controlled in the first place. I heard that STEPN is programed to count steps with a speed below 15 km/h. I have no doubt that engineers of Aglet would have skills to do the same.
Furthermore, if these activities mentioned the above are considered as cheating, Treasure Stash should have not been on freeways and railways. I think that users will be happier to see these stashes are placed on their houses or workplaces instead.
 
I strongly believe that more specific rules, standards and reasons for cheating should be informed to users before terminating their accounts.
