33.Aglet（アグレット）上場するのかどうか？M2Eになって稼げるようになるのか？運営に質問してみました！

Agletが発行するコイン（トークン）は上場するの？それともアプリ内のみ利用可能なの？今後はM2Eになって稼げる様になるの？RA,GAは外部にクリプトとして出し入れが可能になるの？投資目的で参加している人達にとってはその回答、動向が今後めちゃ大事！

1 アグレットのCEO及び、運営の皆様、今日は。私はアクティブユーザーの一人です。（＠r××××)このサービスのポテンシャルを感じ、今のタイミングでスタートするのがチャンスだと思い、2022/May 12からスタートし、毎日、楽しみながら３ヶ月間が過ぎました。是し、私はゲームを楽しむ為だけに登録したのではなく、投資をする感覚でコミットし、今まで数百万円のGA課金をし、多くの資金と熱量、時間を費やして来ましたが、途中から楽しさや、将来的な希望よりも、不透明な方向性等により、色々と疑問点、懸念点が出て参りました。下記の質問に対する回答が明確にならない限り、これ以上モチベーションが上がらないと言うのが正直な所です。それは私以外にも日本人コミュニティ、アクティブユーザーの中には日に日に増えている事を実感します。それは、私はコアなアクティブユーザー達とは繋がりがあり、それ以外のアクティブユーザーとの交流もあるので、分かります。

I am one of Japanese active users of Aglet (@r××××). When I noticed the potential of this service, I thought I should start it as early as possible. I started Aglet on May 12 this year. Since then I have enjoyed it every day and three months has passed now. From the beginning, I didn't register just only to enjoy the game, but to commit myself to the game as if I were making an investment. So I have spent a lot of time and efforts to the game with spending tens of thousands of dollars trying to get GA. However, as time passes, I came to feel rather than having fun and hopes for the future of Aglet, instead, various questions and concerns came up in my mind due to un unclear direction of Aglet. To be honest, I can't be more motivated until I have a clear answer to my questions and concerns. I can tell that day by day these concerns are increasing among active users in the Japanese community as well. I am not just saying this. Because I know Japanese core active users. I also interact with other active users.」
 
2 その日本人ユーザーのモチベーションの低下の原因、理由を分析、認識していますでしょうか？日本のマーケットの特異性、日本人の気質、ステレオタイプも理解し、PMFをもっとして、ローカライズして頂きたいものです。
I wonder that the Aglet side recognizes and analyzes causes and reasons for the decline in motivation of Japanese users. I truly hope that you would try to understand the peculiarities of the Japanese market and Japanese people's temperament even including mental stereotypes through more PMF analysis in order to localize Aglet.
 
3 それと、日本のマーケットの火が消えないうちに、そろそろバイリンガルのスタッフを早急に数名雇い、お互いのコミュニケーションに齟齬が起こらない様にして頂けませんか？これ以上、Google翻訳等のロボット翻訳では、詳細のニュアンスを伝えるのには限界があります。
I also hope that you would consider to hire a few English/Japanese bilingual staff ASAP to avoid any discrepancies in communication before the flame of enthusiasm in the Japanese market goes out. The capablility of Robot translation such as Google Translate is limited in conveying detailed nuances and I don’t think that Japanese users would put up with the current situation any longer.
 
4 TwitterやDiscord内では日本人は控えめなので、あまり不満等は伝えず、ポジティブに友好的な問合せをしていると思いますが、内心は不安な人が多いのは事実です。一番知りたい事はデイブランナーのリリースや、新製品のドロップ等の事ではなく（それも必要ではありますが）、下記の質問についてです。他のユーザーからも同様な問い合わせがある事もある程度は把握していますし、運営側のコメントも共有していますが、具体性に欠けて、不透明な内容なので、アクティブユーザーを辞めて、アプリから離れてしまっているユーザーが増えつつあります。今までの質問に対する回答は、課金をしてまで真剣にプレイをしている人達が期待する内容ではありませんので、こちらにて再度質問をさせて頂きます。
As you may know, most Japanese are known to be modest. When Japanese users make inquiries in Twitter and Discord, I see they are always positive and friendly without expressing their dissatisfaction. But I want you to know that what they thought in their mind is different; many people have worried about the future direction of Aglet. What they want to know most is not release schedule of Daverunners or new product drops (of cause this information is necessary though,) but the future direction of Aglet. I know to some extent that similar inquiries have made to your side from other users. I have also shared with other users about the comments from the management side to these inquiries. But I would say that these comments from your side are always unclear and lacking in specifics. As a result, it has caused an increase of active users who stop using the app., then leave it eventually. I am afraid that your answers to their inquiries so far are NOT what serious paying players are expected. So, I would like to ask you these same questions once again.
 
5 質問１、今後、Agletが専用トークンをリリースするとの事ですが、それは取引所に上場する予定ですか？それは何処の取引所になる予定ですか？決定事項ではなくても、あくまでも予定で構いませんが教えて下さい。それとも上場をする予定は無いのですか？ゲーム内のみで利用出来るだけのトークンですか？
Question 1: I understand that Aglet plans to release a token in the future. Will that token be listed on an exchange? In such case, which exchange? please specify the name of exchange (it's okay if it's just a plan.)
Or there is no plans for listing? Do you plan to release one as in-game token?
 
6 質問２、上場を予定しているのであれば、アクティブユーザーに対し、Air drop等の先行者利益、インセンティブはありますか？どの様な基準でドロップ数が変わりますか？
Question 2: If you are planning to be listed, do you plan to provide for active users with first-mover benefits and incentives such as air drops? If you plan to provide air drops, how the proportion of drops for each user will be decided? Are there specific criteria that users should know?
 
7 質問３、move to earnを目指し、将来的にはStepn等の他の競合アプリ同様に、ユーザーは歩く事によって稼ぐ事は可能になりますか？
Question 3: Like other competing apps such as Stepn which implements a move-to-earn business model, will it be possible for Aglet users to earn money by walking in the future?
 
8 質問４、質問１〜３は我々日本人のアクティブユーザーの大半がDon scoreと密接な関係があると思い、Don scoreを上げる（下げないように）為に課金をしてGAを購入したり、shopやMarketで売買をし、Collectionsをコンプリートをしたりしていますが、その認識で間違いはないでしょうか？また、コミュニティの仲間達と、Don scoreが毎週UPしたりする要因について検証し、情報共有をしていますが、基準が曖昧で分かりません。Don score up & downする明確な基準を教えて下さい。
Question 4: I think that most of Japanese active users consider that the status of Don score will be key elements to allotment of token, air drops and other incentives as I mentioned in Questions 1-3. So in order to raise (or at least to maintain) Don score, I have purchased GA, traded shoes at the shop and market and completed collection series. Is my understanding about connection between first-mover benefits and the status of Don Score correct?
I also would like to know how Don Score is rated. In the cooperation with my friends in the Japanese Aglet community, we have carried out various tests to check what factors will affect to change in score. But the criteria we have been given are quite vague, so we have not found any rules yet. So please tell me clear criteria on how Don Score goes up & down.
 
9 現在の日本のアクティブユーザーは、スニーカーを単に集めるだけのゲームだとしたら、興味が有りません。上記、質問１〜４を望んでいる人達が殆どです。よって、この質問の回答は出来るだけ具体的にお答え下さい。
If Aglet is just a game to collect sneakers, I don’t think current Japanese active users have an interest in it. I strongly believe that most of us want to get concrete answers for above mentioned questions. Therefore, I would like to ask you to be as specific as possible when answering above-mentioned questions.
 
10私は登録してこの３ヶ月間で、Don scoreもコレクションコンプリート数も、課金額も、日本では最高ランクの一人だと自負しておりますが、今の所、何のアワードもリワードもインセンティブもなく、頑張って来た割には、何のメリットも達成感も感じず、モチベーションが下がって来ているのは事実です。それと、Don scoreは900を超えると、なかなか上がらないと嘆いています。その割には下がるスピードは早く、１週間単位で計測される為、それまで頑張って課金して来た事やプレイした時間の累積が加味されている様には感じず、常にプレッシャーになりながら、お金も時間も使い続けないといけないので、皆んな最終的には続かなくなってしまうと思います。最低、ノンアクティブでも１か月はscoreは下がらない様にして欲しいです。人はDon scoreが少しでも下がると、もうどうでもよい！という事になり、モチベーションは下がり、やがてはプレイから離れてしまいます。僕は３３名の直接の友人に伝え、メンバーになりましたが、既にモチベーションが下がり、離れてしまい、悲しいです。
In the past 3 months since I registered to Aglet, I am proud to be one of the highest-ranked Japanese players in terms of not only Don score, but also the number of completed collections and the amount of money spent on GA. Despite all the hard work I've done, I don't feel any merit or the sense of accomplishment, because there have not been any incentives, awards or rewards to be provided. To be honest, my motivation to Aglet is fading. Also, I am quite disappointed that my Don score seems to reach a peak point since I achieved 900. On the other hand, the rank goes down very fast. I think it is because the rank seems to be rated ONLY based on activities in the late week without taking into any consideration for past achievement. I feel that my hard work and accumulated playing time are all wasted, but at the same time  I am always under pressure to keep my status. I don’t think everyone would not be able to continue eventually because players must to continue to use money and time to keep their status. I hope that Don Score would be the same level at least one month even if players are not active. I believe players would tend not to care their score anymore once Don Score drops, even if it is slightly. As a result, their motivation would be lost, they would leave the game eventually. For instance, I have introduced Aglet to my thirty-three close friends. But many of them have already lost their motivation and left the game. I'm very sad.
 
11 このままだと、私の様に積極的に課金をしたり、ドロップを買い続けたり、コレクションのコンプリートをしたりするユーザーがどんどん減って行くでしょう。日本は欧米と比べ、特殊な人種、マーケットなので、上手にローカライズ出来た企業は生き残り、そうでない企業は早期撤退を余儀なくされてしまうマーケットです。
If the current situation continues, the number of active users like me who constantly charge for GA, buy drops and complete collection series would decline. Japanese people and market are quite different from those in Europe and the United States. In the Japanese market, only companies that have the better localization strategy can survive. Otherwise, they will be forced to be withdraw early.
 
12これはクレームではなく、より明るい未来を運営とユーザーが積極的にコミュニケーションを取り合い、協力して成功のレールに乗せる為の重要なやり取りですので、より具体的且つ正直な回答を宜しくお願いいたします。私や日本人コミュニティーはAgletの成功を心から願っています。
I hope you would not take my comments as a complaint. I strongly believe that this would be a great opportunity for users and the management side to be able to interact and cooperate with each other in order to make Aglet be more success as well as to realize our bright future. So I would like to ask you to give us more concrete and straight answers.
