Why you choose Canada, Toronto for studying English?

I heard that Toronto has a lot of people who have some nationarity. We can call Toronto “the people city”. In addition, Canada is safety country for me, so we can live at my ease. 
Also I’m interested in Niagara Falls, yellow nife, and Toronto’s beautiful town. And I want to visit NY, Times Square.
So i choose Toronto for long stay and studying.
