人々の覚醒が試されるワクチン接種　その４

ハーバード・ビジネス・レビュー、2021年7月号の巻頭論文に「ファイザーCEO緊急寄稿」という記事が掲載されました。そこには『ファイザー社や製薬業界の大手他社が協力してコロナ・ウィルスとの戦いに勝つための指針をしめした』とありました。世界中の大手製薬メーカーは同じようなワクチンを製造しているということかも知れません。多分、以下のレポートにあるSinovacもその中の１社なのだと思われます。

スペイン発の情報、ファイザー製ワクチンの内容物が99％酸化グラフェンであることやそもそもの遺伝子組み換え技術を応用したワクチンにはADE（抗体依存性感染増強）の危険性が原因で実用化がなされなかったとのことが明らかになっています。以前に投稿した『貴重な情報をシェアしてくださる医師の動画　その12』で「ADE:抗体依存性感染増強」についての解説があります。ウィルス起源説以外にもワクチンそのものに応用された技術、その承認過程等と疑問が多々湧いてきます。

治験中であるにも拘らず特別使用許可をした米国のファイザー社が中心となって世界中の製薬メーカーに同じようなワクチンを製造する流れを作り、WHOも「パンデミック宣言」した手前ワクチン接種を推奨し、各国の衛生当局との連携もできてこの世界中の展開になったのでしょう。そのファイザー社は、そもそも今回のワクチンの技術も試作品も自社のものではなく業務提携したドイツのバイオ（ビオン）テック社のものです。その承認手続きと大量生産、そして世界中へのデリバリーを担当したことになります。ファイザー社CEOは、ユダヤ系トルコ人、バイオテック社創業者でCEOはトルコ系ドイツ人です。ファイザー社の新任された4名の社外取締役を見ても色々繋がっているのだなと分かります。

ネット上で6月16日時点での状況として以下の計算をした人がいます:
世界人口:78億人、世界コロナ感染数：１億8200万人、世界コロナ感染死亡者数：394万人、世界人口に占める感染者数％：2.3%、コロナ感染者に占める死亡者数％：2.1% （注：死亡者数は大幅な水増がされているのは事実）、コロナ感染して死亡する％：0.04%、この0.04%の為にパンデミックと称して世界中でロックダウンを実施させたのか⁉︎というのが主旨です。

そろそろ気付きますよね、これだけおかしな事が世界中で起きてるのに既存の大手メディアは取り上げず、ファクト・チェックという誤報発表に余念が無く、ビッグ・テックは検閲をどんどん強化してます。各国の政府（特にタチの悪い政治家がいる国々）は強制的なワクチン接種を企てています。

これらがこれから明るみで出てくるんだと思います。


University of Chile Scientists’ Study Indicates Sinovac’s Vaccine Elicits More Transmissible & Potent Variant called Lambda

The variant of concern (VoC) called C.37 or the “Lambda variant,” was probably first identified in Peru about one year ago, which fuels growing concern that mutations could overpower existing COVID-19 vaccines. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that this mutant variant could not only boost transmissibility but also strengthen the pathogen’s resistance to vaccine-elicited neutralizing antibodies. It is not known yet what the impact of this variant will be, reports a new study, but the investigators do speculate that there could be a result of this viral adaptation to the CoronaVac vaccine, produced by the Chinese corporation Sinovac. That’s right: if this study is correct, the CoronaVac vaccine could be correlated to a mutation, one that’s led to a more transmissible and potent mutant. The authors suggest mass vaccination programs conducted directly in SARS-CoV-2 hotspots should be coupled with “strict genomic surveillance.”

Led by corresponding authors Ricardo Soto-Rifo and Fernando Valiente-Echeverría Laboratorio de Virología Molecular y Celular, Programa de Virología, Instituto de Ciencias Biomédicas, Facultad de Medicina, Universidad de Chile, Santiago, Chile, the yet to be published study titled “Infectivity and immune escape of the new SARS-CoV-2 variant of interest Lambda” is available on the preprint server medRxiv. 

The Study
The team conducted a study employing a pseudotyped virus neutralization assay to assess the Lambda impact on infectivity and immune escape with the help of plasma samples from healthcare workers from two centers in Santiago, Chile. Both received two doses of the CoronaVac product, an inactivated virus vaccine produced by the Chinese vaccine maker Sinovac.

The Results
The South American investigators found heightened infectivity mediated by the Lambda spike protein—one that was more intense than that of the D614G (lineage B) or the Alpha and Gamma variants suggest the authors. Noting that when comparing this mutant variant to the “ Wild type (lineage A), neutralization was decreased by 3.05-fold for the Lambda variant while it was 2.33-fold for the Gamma variant and 2.03-fold for the Alpha variant. “

Conclusion
The study team summarized that based on their specific study, the mutations existing in the spike protein of the Peruvian-originating variant of interest give more infectivity and immune escape from neutralizing antibodies elicited by CoronaVac.

Implications: Mass Vaccinations in Hot Spots
Some scientists have argued that mass vaccination programs in disease hot spots can cause considerable challenges, and this could be the case here. Meaning, in countries with high SARS-CoV-2 rates, hot spots, any mass vaccination campaigns should be paired with “strict genomic surveillance” affording scientists the ability to identify novel “isolates carrying spike mutations and immunology studies” helping to assess the mutations in “immune escape and vaccines breakthrough.”
