上記は、2023年11月18日から19日までルーマニアのブカレスト、国会議事堂で開催された第4回国際コビッド・サミット（「ICS 4」）で、ジル・グラスプール・マローン博士が執筆・発表したスピーチの主題である。

このサミットは、Alianța pentru Unirea RomânilorまたはAUR党（英訳はAlliance for the Union of Romanians）が主催した。  2日間にわたり、ロバート・マローン博士、バイラム・ブライドル博士、ピエール・コリー博士、ライアン・コール博士、クリス・シューメーカー博士を含む46名の医療関係者、科学者、その他の専門家がプレゼンテーションを行った。

この最新の国際コビッドサミット（以下、ICS）は、組織がその名称を変更しようとしている最中に開催された。つまり、ICS4は国際危機サミットとも呼ばれているのである。「今となってはわかるように、これは決してコビッドだけの話ではない」とICSは述べている。

国連加盟国全体の公衆衛生対応をグローバルに同期させることにより、国家主権を犠牲にして、国連とその組織に新たな権限が付与された。こうした普遍的に適用される規制や多国間協定は、拡大しグローバル化した行政国家を誕生させた。

この権力の掌握は何十年も前から浸透していたが、COVID危機は、世界政府としての国連を前進させる国際協定を相乗させる促進剤として作用した。

国連はリバイアサンに変貌した。そのさまざまな協定や目標は、世界の経済、移民、「リプロダクティブ・ヘルス」、通貨システム、デジタルID、環境、農業、賃金、気候変動、ワン・ワールド・ヘルス、その他関連するグローバリストのプログラムを一元的に管理しようとしている。

はっきり言って、これらはグローバル化された指令経済を目指す組織の目標であり、世界平和や戦争の終結、人権に焦点を当てた組織ではない！

この国連は、私たちの個人生活や国民生活のあらゆる側面を規制することを目指している。世界中の国家主権を縮小・撤廃し、それによって私たちの多様性、伝統、宗教、国民的アイデンティティを減少させようとしているのだ。

国連は、ビル＆メリンダ・ゲイツ財団、世界銀行、CEPI、GAVI、世界貿易機関、欧州連合（EU）、世界経済フォーラム（通称WEF）などのグローバリスト組織と同様に、加盟国とパートナーシップを結び、戦略的協定を結んでいる。

国連がどのように運営されているか。

WEFと国連は2019年に戦略的協定とパートナーシップを締結した。WEFは「ステークホルダー資本主義」にコミットしており、民間パートナーシップが政府をコントロールするために機能していることを忘れてはならない。

WEFは2020年、COVID危機を利用して、気候変動を含む社会問題を中心にグローバル・ガバナンスを再編成する計画を策定した。- この計画は「グレート・リセット」と呼ばれた。

WEFは世界の大企業を代表する業界団体である。WEFは破壊的なテクノロジーを繰り返し利用し、会員企業の経済成長機会を高めている。WEFは特に、"億万長者層"として知られるグローバル・エリート・メンバーの経済力を高めることを目的としている。

国連には14の専門組織があり、世界保健機関（WHO）をはじめ、すべての組織がグローバル・ガバナンスに関与している。

「差別的な法律、政策、慣行を撤廃する」。

「政策、特に財政、賃金、社会保護政策を採用し、より大きな平等を漸進的に達成する」。

「秩序ある、安全で、定期的かつ責任ある人々の移動と移住を促進する」。

「2030年までに、出生登録を含め、すべての人に法的身分を提供する」。

「これは前例のない規模と意義を持つアジェンダである。すべての国に受け入れられ、すべてに適用される...」

アジェンダ2030は本質的に、全体主義的な社会主義マニフェストである。この国連条約には、国権の削減に関する、これ以上ないほどの力強い記述がある。

国連は、世界に対するユートピア的なビジョンを実現するために、最大の組織、企業、世界大国と戦略的協定を結んでいる。

これは新しい世界秩序であり、選挙で選ばれたわけでもない役人たちが支配している。つまり、あなたも私も、非民主的な国連の行政官僚機構に支配されることになる。これは逆全体主義の一形態である。命令経済に基づく世界秩序であり、その核心は社会主義であり全体主義でもある。

COVID危機の管理に失敗した後、WHOは今、私たちの健康と生活のあらゆる側面を管理するため、より多くの資金と権力を求めている。WHOは国際保健規則を改正し、将来発生する感染症の「パンデミック予防、準備、対応」を規定しようとしている。これには、指導的役割とは対照的に、WHOが直接統治する大きな役割が含まれる。

G20はまた、国際通貨基金（国連の金融機関）、世界銀行（国連と設立条約を結んでいる）、国際決済銀行と協力し、銀行システムにおける中央銀行デジタル通貨の使用を正式化しようとしている。国際決済銀行は、中央銀行のデジタル通貨創設を正当化する理由として、特に「コビッド19による混乱」に言及している。

パンデミックによって、世界の指導者たちは国連の官僚機構を通じて、公衆衛生という名目で世界的な行政権力を結集することができるようになった。公衆衛生は、パスポート、旅行、銀行、環境、国際経済をコントロールするために武器化された。これは個人のプライバシー権、国家主権、国連憲章に対する重大な侵害である。

このワクチンパスポートが中央銀行のデジタル通貨と結びつくのは時間の問題だ。そしてこのパスポートは、ワクチン未接種者やその他の政治的反対者の渡航や自国通貨の使用を拒否するために使われることになる。

国際パスポート、中央銀行のデジタル通貨、国連のアジェンダ2030のコマンドエコノミーの側面、WHOのIHRsの改正が実施されれば、新しい世界秩序の下地は完成する。国連の権力を中核とするグローバルな行政国家は、規則、規制、協定、条約の蜘蛛の巣となり、個人や国家はその中に蠅のように閉じ込められるだろう。

この新しいグローバル・ガバナンスは、事実上破られることはない。そこから国家主権が廃れるのは時間の問題だ。私たちがこの狂気を止めるために闘わない限り、これは現実のものとなる。

だからこそ、国連の力を暴き、縮小させなければならない。

グローバリストたちは、EUをモデルにして、ルールや規制によって国家主権を阻害し、世界的な支配システムを構築しようとしているのだ。

地域、国家、国際レベルで、この乗っ取りと闘わなければならない。裁判所、議会、メディア、国民の抗議行動、そして国家や州の主権に与えられた権力を使って、これと闘わなければならない。他のすべてが失敗した場合、自由を保つために、個々の国は国連の新世界秩序から脱退する必要があるかもしれない。

Al sincronizar globalmente la respuesta de salud pública en todos los estados miembros de las Naciones Unidas ("ONU"), se otorgaron nuevos poderes a la ONU. Estos reglamentos y acuerdos multilaterales de aplicación universal han creado una vasta red de salud pública interconectada en todo el mundo que, a su vez, ha alumbrado un nuevo Estado administrativo globalizado.

La ONU ha estado gestando y construyendo poder en silencio durante años antes de la pandemia a través de acuerdos como la Agenda 2030 y ahora se ha convertido en un poder soberano en sí mismo.  Es el gobierno global en la sombra que pretende regular cada dimensión de nuestras vidas.

Lo anterior es el tema de un discurso escrito y pronunciado por la Dra. Jill Glasspool Malone en la cuarta Cumbre Internacional Covid ("ICS 4") celebrada del 18 al 19 de noviembre de 2023 en Bucarest, Rumanía, en el Palacio del Parlamento.

La Cumbre fue organizada por el partido Alianța pentru Unirea Românilor o AUR (traducción al español Alianza para la Unión de los Rumanos).  A lo largo de los dos días, 46 profesionales de la medicina, científicos y otros profesionales presentaron ponencias, entre ellos el Dr. Robert Malone, el Dr. Byram Bridle, el Dr. Pierre Kory, el Dr. Ryan Cole y el Dr. Chris Shoemaker.

Esta última Cumbre Internacional de Covid ("ICS") se celebra en un momento en que la organización está cambiando de nombre.  Así, la ICS 4 también se denominará Cumbre Internacional sobre Crisis, porque "como ahora sabemos, esto nunca ha sido solo sobre covid", dijo la ICS.

El Dr. Malone explicó que la ICS se creó para que médicos, abogados y profesionales de todo el mundo se unieran y debatieran sus experiencias con el covid. Se trata de un refugio seguro y sin censura donde pueden reunirse, compartir, debatir y analizar sus hallazgos con el fin de encontrar tratamientos seguros y eficaces para el covídrio y todas las complicaciones que lo rodean.

Las pandemias como catalizador de un nuevo orden mundial

Su objetivo es el control mundial total - con funcionarios no elegidos al timón.

Cada nación del mundo tiene su propia cultura, estructuras de gobierno, tradiciones, propiedades, fronteras y pueblos. Debemos preservar la diversidad y la soberanía de las naciones y las culturas.

Al sincronizar globalmente la respuesta de salud pública en todos los Estados miembros de las Naciones Unidas, se otorgaron nuevos poderes a la ONU y sus organizaciones a costa de la soberanía nacional. Estos reglamentos y acuerdos multilaterales de aplicación universal han dado lugar a un Estado administrativo ampliado y globalizado.

Aunque esta apropiación de poder se viene gestando desde hace muchas décadas, la crisis del COVID actuó como acelerador para sinergizar los acuerdos internacionales que hacen avanzar a la ONU como gobierno mundial.

Las Naciones Unidas se han convertido en un leviatán.  Sus diversos acuerdos y objetivos buscan dictar centralmente la economía mundial, la migración, la "salud reproductiva", los sistemas monetarios, las identificaciones digitales, el medio ambiente, la agricultura, los salarios, las modificaciones climáticas, la salud mundial única y otros programas globalistas relacionados.

Para que quede claro, estos son los objetivos de una organización que busca una economía dirigida globalizada, ¡no de una organización centrada en la paz mundial, el fin de las guerras o los derechos humanos!

Esta ONU pretende regular todas las dimensiones de nuestras vidas personales y nacionales. Está trabajando para reducir y eliminar la soberanía nacional en todo el mundo, y con ello disminuir nuestra diversidad, nuestras tradiciones, nuestras religiones y nuestras identidades nacionales.

La ONU tiene asociaciones y acuerdos estratégicos con las naciones miembros, así como con otras organizaciones globalistas como la Fundación Bill y Melinda Gates, el Banco Mundial, CEPI, GAVI, la Organización Mundial del Comercio, la Unión Europea y el Foro Económico Mundial, conocido como el FEM.

El FEM y la ONU firmaron un acuerdo estratégico y de colaboración en 2019.  Recuerde que el FEM apuesta por el "capitalismo de las partes interesadas", por el que las asociaciones privadas trabajan para controlar a los gobiernos.

El WEF desarrolló un plan en 2020 para utilizar la crisis COVIDcrisis para reorganizar la gobernanza mundial en torno a cuestiones sociales, incluido el cambio climático - este plan fue llamado el Gran Reset.

El FEM es una organización comercial que representa a las mayores corporaciones del mundo. Aprovecha repetidamente las tecnologías disruptivas para mejorar las oportunidades de crecimiento económico de sus miembros corporativos. El FEM está diseñado específicamente para hacer avanzar el poder económico de sus miembros de la élite mundial, también conocida como la "clase multimillonaria".


Mientras el FEM alimenta de dinero a las Naciones Unidas a través de su acuerdo estratégico de 2019, ¿quién gestiona los conflictos de intereses que conlleva esta asociación? ¿Dónde está la transparencia?

La ONU cuenta con catorce organizaciones especializadas bajo su dirección, todas ellas implicadas en la gobernanza mundial, incluida la Organización Mundial de la Salud o OMS.

Ninguna de estas organizaciones tiene nada que ver con el alcance de la carta original de la ONU, que se centraba en poner fin a las guerras, promover la paz mundial y los derechos humanos.

La ONU ha estado acumulando poder silenciosamente durante años antes de la pandemia a través de diversos acuerdos y tratados. Por ejemplo, la "Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible" es un ejemplo reciente de este tipo de acuerdos. La Agenda 2030 es un tratado para "transformar nuestro mundo" y se convirtió en ley internacional en 2015. Este tratado ha elevado a las Naciones Unidas a una posición de burocracia gubernamental mundial interesada.

La Agenda 2030 tiene 17 objetivos y 169 metas, que varían ampliamente en alcance y tema, pero casi todos estos objetivos afectan directamente a la gobernanza mundial.

He aquí algunos ejemplos del tratado de la Agenda 2030.  ¿Es esto lo que debería preocupar a las Naciones Unidas, o estas cuestiones se abordan más adecuadamente en las políticas de las naciones soberanas?

"Estamos decididos a proteger el planeta de la degradación, entre otras cosas mediante el consumo y la producción sostenibles, la gestión sostenible de sus recursos naturales y la adopción de medidas urgentes frente al cambio climático"

"... lograr el empleo pleno y productivo y el trabajo decente para todas las mujeres y los hombres".

"... eliminar las leyes, políticas y prácticas discriminatorias".

"... adoptar políticas, especialmente fiscales, salariales y de protección social, y lograr progresivamente una mayor igualdad."

"Facilitar la migración y la movilidad ordenada, segura, regular y responsable de las personas."

"Para 2030, proporcionar identidad legal a todos, incluido el registro de nacimiento."

"Esta es una Agenda de alcance y significado sin precedentes. Es aceptada por todos los países y es aplicable a todos..."

La Agenda 2030 es esencialmente un manifiesto socialista totalitario.  Estas y muchas más afirmaciones contundentes sobre la reducción de los derechos nacionales se encuentran en este Tratado de las Naciones Unidas.

La ONU ha firmado acuerdos estratégicos con las mayores organizaciones, corporaciones y potencias mundiales para cumplir su utópica visión del mundo.

Se trata de un nuevo orden mundial, con funcionarios no elegidos al mando. Eso significa que tú y yo seremos gobernados por una burocracia administrativa no democrática de la ONU. Esta es una forma de totalitarismo inverso. Un orden mundial basado en una economía dirigida, que en el fondo es socialista y totalitario.

Ahora bien, estos objetivos y metas pueden estar bien para cualquier nación individual, pero se trata de una reestructuración de las Naciones Unidas más allá de su carta.

Al principio de la pandemia, la ONU -a través de su sustituta, la OMS- declaró que era necesario un pasaporte mundial de vacunas, y proporcionó amplias directrices a los países miembros para estandarizar los pasaportes de vacunas en todo el mundo.

En respuesta, los líderes del G20 emitieron una declaración en 2022 apoyando el desarrollo de un estándar global de vacunación para viajes internacionales y el establecimiento de "redes globales de salud digital" que se construirían sobre los pasaportes digitales de vacunas covid-19 existentes.

En junio de 2023, se anunció una nueva iniciativa entre la UE y la OMS para la cooperación estratégica en cuestiones de salud mundial. Este acuerdo pretende: "Reforzar un sistema multilateral sólido con la Organización Mundial de la Salud en su núcleo, impulsado por una Unión Europea fuerte".

Tras fracasar en la gestión de la crisis del COVID, la OMS busca ahora más dinero y poder para controlar todos los aspectos de nuestra salud y nuestras vidas.  Pretenden modificar el Reglamento Sanitario Internacional para regular la "prevención, preparación y respuesta ante pandemias" de futuros brotes, lo que incluye emergencias de salud pública de cualquier tipo. Esto incluye un papel importante para la OMS en la gobernanza directa, en lugar de un papel basado en la orientación.

Estos cambios se basan en la adopción mundial por el G20 de "pasaportes de vacunas". Estos pasaportes recogerán y contendrán datos sanitarios privados y permitirán la vigilancia, el seguimiento y el control de individuos y poblaciones en todo el mundo. Los pasaportes incluirán no sólo los datos de la vacuna covid-19, sino el estado de todas las vacunaciones.  Se convertirá en un pasaporte digitalizado mundial, que incluirá información sanitaria personal a la que las Naciones Unidas no tienen derecho a acceder.

La Declaración Conjunta del G20 sobre pasaportes de vacunas y futuras pandemias es una declaración sobre cómo se gestionarán las futuras pandemias.  En ella se afirma:

"Reconocemos la importancia de compartir normas técnicas y métodos de verificación, en el marco del RSI (2005), para facilitar los viajes internacionales sin contratiempos, la interoperabilidad y el reconocimiento de soluciones digitales y no digitales, incluida la prueba de vacunación.

"Apoyamos la continuación del diálogo y la colaboración internacionales sobre el establecimiento de redes mundiales de salud digital de confianza como parte de los esfuerzos para reforzar, prevenir y responder a futuras pandemias, que deberían capitalizar y aprovechar el éxito de las normas existentes y los certificados digitales covid-19". "

El G20 también está trabajando con el Fondo Monetario Internacional (la agencia financiera de la ONU), el Banco Mundial (que tiene una relación de tratado fundacional con la ONU) y el Banco de Pagos Internacionales para formalizar el uso de monedas digitales de bancos centrales en los sistemas bancarios. El Banco de Pagos Internacionales se refiere específicamente a "la perturbación causada por el covid-19" como justificación para crear monedas digitales de bancos centrales.

La pandemia ha permitido a los líderes mundiales aglutinar el poder administrativo global bajo el disfraz de la salud pública a través de la burocracia administrativa de la ONU. La salud pública se ha convertido en un arma para controlar los pasaportes, los viajes, la banca, el medio ambiente y la economía internacional. Se trata de una flagrante violación del derecho individual a la intimidad, de la soberanía nacional y de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas.

Es sólo cuestión de tiempo que estos pasaportes-vacuna se unan a las monedas digitales de los bancos centrales. Entonces los pasaportes podrán utilizarse para negar a los no vacunados o a otros disidentes políticos el acceso a los viajes y el uso de su propio dinero.

Una vez que los pasaportes internacionales, las monedas digitales de los bancos centrales, los aspectos de la economía dirigida de la Agenda 2030 de la ONU y las enmiendas de la OMS al RSI se pongan en marcha, el trabajo preliminar para un nuevo orden mundial estará completo. Un estado administrativo global, cuyo poder central reside en la ONU, se convertirá en una telaraña de normas, reglamentos, acuerdos y tratados dentro de los cuales los individuos y las naciones quedarán atrapados como moscas.

Esta nueva gobernanza mundial será prácticamente inquebrantable.  A partir de ahí, sólo es cuestión de tiempo que la soberanía nacional quede obsoleta. Esto es una realidad a menos que luchemos para detener esta locura.

Por esta razón, el poder de las Naciones Unidas debe ser expuesto y restringido.

Los globalistas que buscan avanzar en sus agendas están utilizando el modelo de la Unión Europea, mediante el cual las normas y reglamentos obstaculizan la soberanía nacional, para construir un sistema mundial de control.

Todos debemos luchar contra esta toma de poder a nivel local, nacional e internacional. Debemos utilizar los tribunales, nuestras legislaturas, los medios de comunicación, las protestas públicas y el poder conferido a nuestra soberanía nacional y estatal para luchar contra esto. Dr. Jill Glasspool Malone: How the covid pandemic has advanced the UN’s aim of becoming the One World Government

By globally synchronising the public health response across the United Nations (“UN”) member states, new powers were granted to the UN. These universally applied regulations and multilateral agreements have created a vast interlocking public health network throughout the world which in turn birthed a new, globalised administrative state.

The UN has been quietly gestating and building power for years before the pandemic through agreements such as Agenda 2030 and has now become a sovereign power unto itself.  This is the shadow global government that seeks to regulate every dimension of our lives.

The above is the subject of a speech written and delivered by Dr. Jill Glasspool Malone at the fourth International Covid Summit (“ICS 4”) held from 18 to 19 November 2023 in Bucharest, Romania, at the Palace of the Parliament.

The Summit was organised by the Alianța pentru Unirea Românilor or AUR party (English translation Alliance for the Union of Romanians).  Over the two days, 46 medical professionals, scientists and other professionals gave presentations including Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Byram Bridle, Dr. Pierre Kory, Dr. Ryan Cole and Dr. Chris Shoemaker.

This latest International Covid Summit (“ICS”) comes as the organisation is in the process of changing its name.  So, ICS 4 is also being referred to as the International Crisis Summit because “as we now know, this was never just about covid,” ICS said.

Dr. Malone explained that ICS was created for doctors, lawyers and professionals from all over the world to unite and discuss their experiences with covid. This is an uncensored and safe haven where they are able to gather, share, discuss and analyse their findings in order to find safe and effective treatments for covid and all of the complications that surround it.

Pandemics as a Catalyst for a New World Order

Their goal is total world control – with unelected officials at the helm.

Each nation in the world has its own culture, governance structures, traditions, property, borders and peoples. We must preserve the diversity and sovereignty of nations and cultures.

By globally synchronising the public health response across the United Nations member states, new powers were granted to the UN and its organisations at the cost of national sovereignty. These universally applied regulations and multilateral agreements have given birth to an enlarged, globalised administrative state.

Although this power grab has been percolating for many decades, the COVIDcrisis acted as an accelerant to synergise international agreements that advance the UN as a world government.

The United Nations has morphed into a leviathan.  Its various agreements and goals seek to centrally dictate the world’s economy, migration, “reproductive health”, monetary systems, digital IDs, environment, agriculture, wages, climate modifications, one world health, and other related globalist programs.

To be clear, these are the goals of an organisation seeking a globalised command economy, not an organisation focused on world peace, ending wars or human rights!

This UN aims to regulate every dimension of our personal and national lives. It is working to reduce and eliminate national sovereignty across the world, and thereby to decrease our diversity, our traditions, our religions and our national identities.

The UN has partnerships and strategic agreements with member nations, as well as other globalist organisations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Bank, CEPI, GAVI, The World Trade Organisation, The European Union and the World Economic Forum, known as the WEF.

For an example of how the United Nations operates.

The WEF and the UN signed a strategic agreement and partnership in 2019.  Remember that the WEF has a commitment to “stakeholder capitalism,” by which private partnerships work to control governments.

The WEF developed a plan in 2020 to use the COVIDcrisis to reorganise global governance around social issues including climate change – this plan was called the Great Reset.

The WEF is a trade organisation representing the world’s largest corporations. It repeatedly exploits disruptive technologies to enhance economic growth opportunities for its corporate members. The WEF is specifically designed to advance the economic power of its global elite members, otherwise known as the “billionaire class.”


As the WEF feeds money into the United Nations through their 2019 strategic agreement, who is managing the conflicts of interest that come with this partnership? Where is the transparency?

The UN has fourteen specialised organisations under its leadership, all involved in global governance, including the World Health Organization or WHO.

None of these organisations have anything to do with the scope of the original UN charter, which was focused on ending wars, promoting world peace and human rights.

The UN has been quietly building power for years prior to the pandemic through various agreements and treaties. For instance, the “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” is a recent example of such an agreement. Agenda 2030 is a treaty for “transforming our world” and was signed into international law in 2015. This treaty has elevated the United Nations to a position of a self-serving global government bureaucracy.

Agenda 2030 has 17 goals and 169 targets, which vary widely in scope and topic, but almost all of these goals directly affect world governance.

Here are just a few examples from the Agenda 2030 treaty.  Is this what the United Nations should be concerned with, or are these issues more properly addressed by the policies of sovereign nations?

“We are determined to protect the planet from degradation, including through sustainable consumption and production, sustainably managing its natural resources and taking urgent action on climate change”

“… achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men.”

“… eliminate discriminatory laws, policies and practices.”

“Adopt policies, especially fiscal, wage and social protection policies, and progressively achieve greater equality.”

“Facilitate orderly, safe, regular and responsible migration and mobility of people.”

“By 2030, provide legal identity for all, including birth registration.”

“This is an Agenda of unprecedented scope and significance. It is accepted by all countries and is applicable to all…”

Agenda 2030 is essentially a totalitarian socialist manifesto.  These and many more forceful statements regarding the reduction of national rights are found in this United Nations Treaty.

The UN has signed strategic agreements with the largest organisations, corporations and world powers to fulfil their utopian vision for the world.

This is a new world order- with unelected officials in control. That means that you and I will be ruled by a non-democratic UN administrative bureaucracy. This is a form of inverse totalitarianism. A world order based on a command economy; one that is at its core both socialist and totalitarian.

Now, these goals and targets may be fine for any single nation to undertake but this is a re-structuring of the United Nations beyond its charter.

Early in the pandemic, the UN – through its surrogate the WHO – declared that a global vaccine passport was needed, and provided extensive guidance to member nations to standardise vaccine passports worldwide.

In response, the leaders of the G20 issued a declaration in 2022 supporting the development of a global standard of vaccination for international travel and the establishment of “global digital health networks” to be built on existing digital covid-19 vaccine passports.

In June 2023, a new initiative between the EU and the WHO for strategic cooperation on global health issues was announced. This agreement seeks to: “Bolster a robust multilateral system with the World Health Organisation at its core, powered by a strong European Union.”

After failing to manage the COVIDcrisis, the WHO now seeks more money and power to control all aspects of our health and lives.  They intend to amend the International Health Regulations to govern the “pandemic prevention, preparedness and response” of future outbreaks, which includes public health emergencies of any type. This includes a major role for the WHO in direct governance, as opposed to a guidance-based role.

These changes are predicated on G20 global adoption of “vaccine passports.” These passports will collect and contain private health data and will enable surveillance, tracking and control of individuals and populations worldwide. The passports will include not only covid-19 vaccine data but the status of all vaccinations.  It will become a world digitised passport – including personal health information that the United Nations has no right to access.

The G20 Joint Declaration regarding vaccine passports and future pandemics is a declaration on how future pandemics will be handled.  It states:

“We acknowledge the importance of shared technical standards and verification methods, under the framework of the IHR (2005), to facilitate seamless international travel, interoperability, and recognising digital solutions and non-digital solutions, including proof of vaccinations.

“We support continued international dialogue and collaboration on the establishment of trusted global digital health networks as part of the efforts to strengthen, prevention and response to future pandemics, that should capitalise and build on the success of the existing standards and digital covid-19 certificates.”

The G20 is also working with the International Monetary Fund (the financial agency of the UN), the World Bank (which has a founding treaty relationship with the UN) and the Bank for International Settlements to formalise the use of central bank digital currencies in banking systems. The Bank for International Settlements specifically refers to “the disruption caused by covid-19” as a justification to create central bank digital currencies.

The pandemic has allowed world leaders to coalesce global administrative power under the guise of public health through the administrative bureaucracy of the UN. Public health has been weaponised to gain control of passports, travel, banking, the environment and the international economy. This is a gross violation of the individual’s right to privacy, national sovereignty and the UN charter.

It is just a matter of time before these vaccine passports will be coupled with central bank digital currencies. Then the passports can be used to deny the unvaccinated or other political dissenters access to travel and use of their own money.

Once international passports, central bank digital currencies, command economy aspects of the UN’s Agenda 2030, and the WHO amendments to the IHRs are put into place, the groundwork for a new world order will be complete. A global administrative state, whose core power resides with the UN, will become a spiderweb of rules, regulations, agreements and treaties within which individuals and nations will be trapped like flies.

This new global governance will be virtually unbreakable.  From there, it is only a matter of time before national sovereignty becomes obsolete. This is a reality unless we fight to stop this madness.

For this reason, the power of the United Nations must be exposed and curtailed.

Globalists seeking to advance their agendas are using the model of the European Union, whereby rules and regulations stymie national sovereignty, to build a worldwide system of control.

All must fight this take-over at the local, national and international level. We must use the courts, our legislatures, the media, public protests and the power vested in our national and state sovereignty to fight this. If all else fails, individual nations may need to withdraw from the UN’s New World Order in order to remain free.

Let’s work together to keep our personal and national sovereignty safe for future generations. A New World Order is not needed, is not acceptable, and we the people and our sovereign governments should unequivocally reject this globalised takeover.
