WHOのパンデミック条約は、今週投票される交渉の灰の中からは何も生まれはしない。条約は終わったのだ。

そして、合意され、今週各国が投票にかける改正国際保健規則の条文の中で、本当に懸念されるのは、誤報や偽情報に対抗するための市民の監視に関するものだけである。

「修正条項の中には、交渉官たちの合意を得て、投票にかけられるものもあるのは事実ですが、合意された項目は危険なものではありません」と彼女は言う。「それらは、意味のあるものではなく、華やかな言葉のものである傾向があった」。しかし、一つだけ例外がある。「興味深いことに、交渉官たちは自国民を監視し、誤報や偽情報と闘うようにと各国に平気で言っていた」彼女は言った。 彼女は続けた：

Nada en el Tratado Pandémico de la OMS puede resurgir de las cenizas de las negociaciones que se votarán esta semana. El tratado está acabado.

Y de los artículos enmendados del Reglamento Sanitario Internacional que se acordaron y se someterán a votación de los países esta semana, el único realmente preocupante se refiere a la vigilancia de los ciudadanos para combatir la desinformación y la desinformación.

Sin embargo, como señala la doctora Meryl Nass, los gobiernos ya vigilan nuestra forma de hablar, nos censuran y nos hacen propaganda.  Por tanto, aunque es muy preocupante, no es nada nuevo.

La OMS esperaba presentar dos instrumentos sobre pandemias a la 77ª Asamblea Mundial de la Salud («AMS77») para su adopción.  Uno es el Tratado sobre Pandemias, también denominado Acuerdo sobre Pandemias, y el otro son las enmiendas al Reglamento Sanitario Internacional (2005) («RSI»).

«Los negociadores esperaban adoptar el tratado esta semana», señaló The New York Times, «pero las reuniones canceladas y los debates díscolos -a veces por una sola palabra- paralizaron el acuerdo sobre secciones clave, incluido el acceso equitativo a las vacunas».

Pero respecto a las enmiendas al RSI, The New York Times sólo hizo una pequeña mención: «Los países también están trabajando para reforzar el Reglamento Sanitario Internacional de la OMS, que se revisó por última vez en 2005 y establece normas detalladas que los países deben seguir en caso de que se produzca un brote que pueda traspasar las fronteras.»

El New York Times siguió la línea de los medios de comunicación corporativos que hemos estado presenciando últimamente, haciendo alarmismo sobre un brote de gripe aviar.  El autor del artículo, Apoorva Mandavilli, también incluyó la viruela símica y la viruela de los monos. El «miedo» a ambas enfermedades reapareció en la prensa durante la primera mitad de 2022, antes de ser rápidamente eliminado por los molestos «teóricos de la conspiración», pero parece que podrían resucitar de nuevo.

El Dr. Nass corrigió a The New York Times: «La viruela sigue vencida, Apoorva».  Y añadió: «Loyce... no sabe nada de pandemias. Es mejor dejar que los ignorantes en materia de enfermedades negocien estos dos tratados, ya que si realmente entendieran lo que están negociando podrían saltar de un puente.»

El Dr. Nass también señaló un artículo de The Guardian de la semana pasada que mostraba a «cucarachas cóvidas saliendo de la nada para lloriquear pidiendo más dinero para la preparación ante una pandemia».

Y entonces los medios corporativos parecieron guardar silencio sobre todo el asunto. Hasta ayer.

El Dr. Nass recibió una copia por adelantado del paquete para los medios de comunicación que contenía el informe que el Director General de la OMS, Tedros el Terrorista, presentó ayer en la WHA77.  Y, como la OMS es conocida por difundir desinformación, el Dr. Nass comprobó los hechos en un artículo titulado apropiadamente «Las mentiras de hoy del Director General de la OMS, en relación con viejos objetivos fracasados». «Es más pintalabios sobre más cerdos», escribió.

Tedros no sólo afirmó que se pondrían en marcha vacunas más peligrosas, sin las pruebas adecuadas y a menudo sin licencia, sino que «toma nota de los nuevos adyuvantes que se están probando colocándolos en vacunas para enfermedades tropicales, no para enfermedades occidentales», afirmó.

Y, lo que es más sorprendente, «la OMS se ha convertido en una FDA y, en esencia, está concediendo licencias para vacunas y medicamentos destinados a los países en desarrollo», señaló.  A continuación formuló dos preguntas:

¿De dónde ha sacado la OMS los conocimientos necesarios?
¿Será que el personal de la Fundación Gates se está transformando en reguladores de medicamentos?
Otras observaciones del Dictador General Tedros fueron: «Estamos aumentando nuestro trabajo en la ciencia del comportamiento, para entender mejor por qué la gente toma decisiones sobre su salud».  Lo que suena a herramienta de control.

También destacó un descenso en el consumo de cigarrillos; inmediatamente seguido de la afirmación: «más de 90 países aumentaron su impuesto especial sobre el tabaco entre 2020 y 2022».  A juzgar por su actuación en los últimos años, la OMS no es célebre por preocuparse por mejorar la salud, así que podemos suponer que la recaudación de impuestos es lo que realmente complace a Tedros.

La guinda del pastel fue su mentira descarada sobre uno de los tres objetivos que se habían fijado y que esperaba que se cumplieran el año que viene.  Afirmó: «Se espera que 1.500 millones de personas disfruten de mejor salud y bienestar en 2025».

«La mejor forma de ver la salud es fijarse en las tasas de mortalidad», dijo el Dr. Nass.  Y utilizó las proyecciones de las Naciones Unidas («ONU») para ver cómo eran las tasas de mortalidad previstas. Observando el aumento de las tasas de mortalidad y el descenso de las de natalidad, «¿en qué se parece esto a una mejora de la salud?».

Las propias normas de la OMS exigen que las enmiendas al RSI se den a conocer al público y a los Estados miembros cuatro meses antes de su votación.

«Para ser legal, cualquier procedimiento para enmendar el RSI tiene que llevarse a cabo de acuerdo con los requisitos legales establecidos en el propio RSI», escribió la Agencia de Responsabilidad Sanitaria Global en una carta abierta a Tedros el Terrorista a principios de este año.

A pesar de conocer la ilegalidad de sus procedimientos, ayer, día en que comenzó la AMS, la OMS publicó su último borrador del RSI enmendado esperando que los Estados miembros lo votaran durante esta reunión.  Se publicó junto con numerosos «documentos principales» para la 77ª Asamblea Mundial de la Salud.  

Puede leer el último borrador del RSI enmendado AQUÍ.  Mientras algunos señalan cláusulas nefastas que permanecen en el documento, el Dr. Nass cree que no son «las peligrosas».

«Si bien es cierto que algunos artículos de las enmiendas contaban con el acuerdo de los negociadores y podían votarse, los puntos acordados no eran los peligrosos», afirmó. «Tendían a ser los de lenguaje florido, no los significativos». Sin embargo, hay una excepción. «Curiosamente, a los negociadores les pareció bien que los países vigilaran a sus ciudadanos y combatieran la desinformación y la desinformación, es decir, les pareció bien la censura y la propaganda», dijo la Dra. Nass.  Y prosiguió:

Pero la noticia realmente buena es: «NADA en el [Acuerdo sobre Pandemias] puede resurgir de las cenizas de las negociaciones que se votarán esta semana. El tratado está hecho. La gente ahora entiende de qué se trataba, qué contenía y cómo era el primer paso hacia un Gobierno Mundial Único. Han dicho NO a todo eso", dijo el Dr. Nass.

Nothing in WHO’s Pandemic Treaty can rise from the ashes of the negotiations to be voted on this week. The treaty is done.

And of the amended International Health Regulations articles that were agreed upon and will be put forward for countries to vote on this week, the only one of any real concern relates to the surveillance of citizens to combat misinformation and disinformation.

However, as Dr. Meryl Nass points out, governments are already monitoring our speech, censoring and propagandising us.  So, although it is a great concern, it is nothing new.

On Friday, as the International Negotiating Body were admitting that they were unable to reach an agreement on the text of the Pandemic Treaty, corporate media were trying to salvage whatever credibility the World Health Organisation’s (“WHO’s”) pandemic plans had left, if any.

Writing for The New York Times, Apoorva Mandavilli’s article ranged from the sublime to the ridiculous, according to Dr. Mery Nass.

‘Countries Fail to Agree on Treaty to Prepare the World for the Next Pandemic’, The New York Times headed its article.  Followed by the lede: “Negotiators plan to ask for more time. Among the sticking points are equitable access to vaccines and financing to set up surveillance systems.”

WHO was hoping to present two pandemic instruments to the 77th World Health Assembly (“WHA77”) for adoption.  One is the Pandemic Treaty, also referred to as the Pandemic Accord, and the other is the amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) (“IHR”).

“Negotiators had hoped to adopt the treaty this week,” The New York Times noted, “But cancelled meetings and fractious debates – sometimes over a single word – stalled agreement on key sections, including equitable access to vaccines.”

But regarding the IHR amendments, The New York Times only made one small mention: “The countries are also working on bolstering the WHO’s International Health Regulations, which were last revised in 2005 and set detailed rules for countries to follow in the event of an outbreak that may breach borders.”

The New York Times followed the corporate media line that we’ve been witnessing of late, fear-mongering about a bird flu outbreak.  The author of the article, Apoorva Mandavilli, also threw in mpox (formerly called monkeypox) and smallpox for good measure. The “fear” of both had made a comeback in the press during the first half of 2022 before being stomped out fairly quickly by pesky “conspiracy theorists” but it seems they could be resurrected again.

Although much of the urgency around covid has faded since the treaty negotiations began two years ago, public health experts are still acutely aware of the pandemic potential of emerging pathogens, familiar threats like bird flu and mpox, and once-vanquished diseases like smallpox.

“Those of us in public health recognise that another pandemic really could be around the corner,” said Loyce Pace, an assistant secretary at the Department of Health and Human Services, who oversees the negotiations in her role as the United States liaison to the World Health Organisation.

Dr. Nass corrected The New York Times: “Smallpox is still vanquished, Apoorva.”  Adding, “Loyce … knows nothing about pandemics. Best to let those ignorant about disease negotiate these two treaties, since if they actually understood what they were negotiating they might jump off a bridge.”

Dr. Nass also pointed out an article in The Guardian last week that showed “covid cockroaches coming out of the woodwork to whine for more money for pandemic preparedness.”

And then corporate media appeared to go silent about the whole affair. Until yesterday.

Dr. Nass received an advance copy of the media pack containing the report that the WHO Director-General Tedros the Terrorist gave at the WHA77 yesterday.  And, because WHO is known to spread disinformation, Dr. Nass fact-checked it in an article appropriately titled ‘Today’s lies from the WHO’s Director-General, regarding old failed goals’. “It’s more lipstick on more pigs,” she wrote.

Not only did Tedros state that more dangerous vaccines would be rolled out, without adequate testing and often without a licence, but “note the new adjuvants being tested by placing them in vaccines for tropical diseases, not western diseases,” she said.

And shockingly, “WHO has made itself an FDA and is essentially issuing licenses for vaccines and drugs for developing countries,” she noted.  She followed her remark with two questions:

Where did the WHO find the expertise to do so?
Could it be that staff from the Gates Foundation are quietly morphing into drug regulators?
Other remarks Dictator-General Tedros made were: “We’re increasing our work on behavioural science, to understand better why people make decisions about their health.”  Which sounds like a tool for control.

He also highlighted a decline in cigarette use; immediately followed by the statement: “more than 90 countries increased their tobacco excise tax between 2020 and 2022.”  Judging by its performance in recent years, WHO is not celebrated for being concerned about improving health so we can assume that the collection of taxes is what Tedros is really pleased about.

The cherry on the cake was his outright lie about one of three targets that had been set and that he expected would be met by next year.  He claimed: “1.5 billion people [are] expected to be enjoying better health and well-being by 2025.”

“The best way to look at health is to look at mortality rates,” Dr. Nass said.  And used United Nations (“UN”) projections to see what expected mortality rates looked like. Looking at the rising death rates and the falling birth rates – “how does this look like better health?”

WHO’s own rules require that the IHR amendments be released to the public and member states four months before being voted on.

“To be lawful, any procedures to amend the IHR have to be carried out in accordance with legal requirements set out in the IHR itself,” the Global Health Responsibility Agency wrote in an open letter to Tedros the Terrorist earlier this year.

Despite knowing the unlawfulness of its procedures, yesterday, the day the WHA began, WHO released its latest draft of the amended IHR expecting member states to vote on it during this meeting.  It was released along with numerous “main documents” for WHA77.  

You can read the latest draft of the amended IHR HERE.  While some are pointing out nefarious clauses that remain in the document, Dr. Nass feels they are not “the dangerous ones.”

“While it is true that some articles in the amendments had the agreement of negotiators, and could be voted on, the agreed-upon items were not the dangerous ones,” she said. “They tended to be the flowery language ones, not the meaningful ones.” However, there is one exception. “Interestingly, the negotiators were fine telling nations to surveil their citizens and combat misinformation and disinformation, i.e., they were fine with censorship and propaganda,” Dr. Nass said.  She continued:

This, however, should not surprise us, since nearly all our governments are already surveilling and propagandising us. So, while this provision is odious, it really doesn’t change anything. Nations are trying to legalise surveillance and censorship, using linguistic tricks like calling truth “hate speech” … This is another battle we need to win. Soon, I hope – it is a major one because control of information is the absolutely essential piece the globalists must hang onto in order to succeed.”

But the really good news is: “NOTHING in the [Pandemic Accord] can rise from the ashes of the negotiations to be voted on this week. The treaty is done. People now understand what it was about, what was in it and how it was the first step to a One World Government. They have said NO to all that,” Dr. Nass said.
