先月の記事で、キャット・ブラックとイアン・デイヴィスは、他の専制政治モデルと同じように、多極的世界秩序に激しく反対すべきだと主張した。

なぜか？

なぜなら、BRICS諸国が主導する多極的世界秩序は、「西側帝国」、米国、その同盟国、そしていわゆる軍産複合体のトップが語るアジェンダと同じだからだ。

以下は、キャット・ブラックとイアン・デイヴィスが書いた記事からの抜粋である：「多極化」を問う：「パワー・ダイナミクスの理解」への反論。1月18日に発表されたこの論文は、ピアーズ・ロビンソン教授とヴァネッサ・ビーリーによって書かれた論文の指摘に異議を唱えるために書かれたものである。

ロビンソン／ビーリーの論文は、多極化は西洋帝国主義に代わる肯定的な選択肢であると主張している。ブラック／デイビスが同意する部分も多いが、提案されている "多極的世界秩序"によって人類が自由になれるという点には同意していない。それどころか、ブラックとデイビスは、他の専制政治モデルと同様に、多極的世界秩序に激しく反対すべきだと示唆している。

"多極化"と呼ぶ人がいるかもしれないが、それは本当の代替案ではなく、どちらの "側 "も（互いに対する異論の深さがどうであれ）、普通の人々の福祉を目標としていない」とブラックとデイビスは書いている。

ロビンソン／ビーリー論文は、ウクライナと中東での戦争は「米国とその同盟国による継続的な力の誇示」の結果であると示唆した。しかし、ブラック／デイビスは、"西側帝国 "が本質的にすべての悪の唯一の原動力であるという主張は単純化されすぎており、ロビンソン／ビーリーが現在の出来事について完全にまとまった分析を示すことを難しくしていると主張している。

「私たちはここで単純な二項対立を見ているのだろうか？赤対青？東対西？一極対多極？それとも、その単純さの投影そのものを警戒する必要があるのだろうか？」とブラックとデイヴィスは問いかけた。

ブラック／デイヴィスは、ウクライナと中東の両方の文脈で分析を行っているが、ここではパレスチナ／イスラエルに関する彼らの主張のみを取り上げた。

10月7日のハマスによるイスラエルへのアル・アクサの洪水攻撃は、少なくともイスラエルのLIHOPによる偽旗攻撃だったようだ。つまり、"仕組まれた"ものだったようだ。

もしそうだとすれば、イスラエルが「西側帝国」の一部であると仮定すれば、ハマスの攻撃は、西側の専制政治に対する一撃として多くの人々に賞賛されたが、実際には西側帝国による「力の投射」であったとも言える。

さらなる証拠がこの可能性を示唆している。

イスラエル国家の支援なしには、ハマスが今日のような形で存在するとは考えにくい。さらに、米国主導の連合軍がシリアのバッシャール・アル＝アサド大統領政権に対するイスラム主義者の反乱を後援したとき、ハマスがいわゆる反乱軍を支援した。本質的に、ハマスが当時の米国連合とイスラエルの利害に一致したのだ。

注目すべきは、ハマスによる10月7日の攻撃は、イスラエルが主張する "詭弁 "にもなっていることだ。ロビンソン／ビーリーの記事ではハマスのことは触れられていないが、彼らが指摘するように、イスラエルの軍事的対応は明らかに "ジェノサイドの基準を満たしている"。

ロビンソン／ビーリーが示唆したように、この騒動が本当に「米国主導による世界システムの支配を維持する」ための試みであるならば、それは当初から戦略的な大失敗であり、とりわけ国連（以下「国連」）での圧倒的な抵抗に直面している。

確かに、イスラエルは過去に無数の国連総会決議を受けて非難を浴びたが、そのどれもがイスラエルに遵守を強いるものではなかった。だから、今回の非難はまったく特殊なものではない。

それにもかかわらず、国連事務総長が国連安全保障理事会で、ハマス主導のアル・アクサの洪水作戦に対するイスラエルの軍事的対応を非難したことは、かなり注目に値する。

イスラエルが「息苦しい占領」を行っていると非難したアントニオ・グテーレスは、「パレスチナの人々に対する集団的懲罰」を正当化するものは何もないと述べ、イスラエルの戦争犯罪を事実上非難した。

その後の国連決議では、イスラエルのパレスチナ人に対する明らかな大量虐殺に対して153カ国が結束し、人道的な即時停戦を要求した。

一方、CNN、MSNBC、ABC、スカイ・ニュースなどの西側のレガシー・メディアでさえ、ガザの虐殺の惨状を特集することが多くなり、読者には、米国が "世界の舞台でますます孤立している "ように見えると伝えている。

人類は、滅びゆく帝国が危険な獣であることを長い間理解してきたが、ガザでの大量虐殺が「米国主導の世界システム支配を維持する」ための試みであったとすれば、これほど包括的な裏目はないだろう。

なぜ米国は、自らの目的を繰り返し失敗しているのだろうか？  その行動がどのように描かれるかを完全にコントロールできると言われているのに、なぜますます頭の悪い血まみれの時代錯誤のように見えるのだろうか？ なぜ、自国の支配下にあるメディアから一貫して良い報道をされることさえできなくなってしまったのだろうか？

ブラックとデイビスは、これは偶然ではないと指摘し、グローバル・パワー・ダイナミズムについて異なる分析を行っている。

多極軸は、中国、ロシア、インド、そして現在はサウジアラビアとイランを含むBRICS諸国が主導している。彼らが共有する目的は、「グローバル・ガバナンス」のより「包括的」なモデルを構築することである。それは本質的には、最近まで「西側帝国」が支配してきた「世界秩序」と同じである。

多極化において、国連は「利害のバランス」が判断される場である。すべての国家は、そのバランスのとれた判断に「従わなければならない」。

国連決議70/224を引用した後、ブラック／デイビーズはこう書いている。「もしこれが、あなたが西側帝国のトップから聞いたのと同じアジェンダに聞こえるなら、それはまったく同じアジェンダだからだ。  唯一の違いは、より多くの "国民国家"（もちろん国民ではなく、その任命された指導者を意味する）が、グローバルな官民統治の新しい "多極化 "バージョンで発言権を持つことになっているということだ。"

「コビッド-19イベント」は、ロビンソン／ビーリーの記事で強調されている唯一の権力集中「プロセス」である。  その結果、この権力奪取の背後にある「エリート権力ネットワーク」に対する抵抗は、「コビッド・レジスタンス」と名付けられた。

「『コビッド-19事件』とバイオセキュリティ国家の展開は、欧米＋中国に限定されたものではなかった。私たちの見解では、それは真にグローバルな権力奪取の "プロセス"であった」とブラック／デイビスは書いている。

ロシア、イラン、イスラエル、インド、ブラジル、南アフリカ、そしてガザの政府であるハマスの "多極化 "政府もまた、同じ "グローバリストのテクノクラート的アジェンダ "に従い、同じグローバルな "バイオセキュリティ国家 "にコミットしている。もし "コビッド・レジスタンス "が団結するならば、これらの政府にも反対する必要がある。

G20の臨時会合では、イスラエルによるパレスチナ人への攻撃を受け、プーチン大統領はアントニオ・グテーレス国連事務総長を含む世界の指導者の一人としてイスラエルを厳しく批判した。プーチンはこう述べた：

強い言葉で、よく言った。プーチンにとっては珍しいことではない。彼はコミュニケーション能力に長けている。彼はこう続けた：

世界では劇的な変革が進行している。新たな強力な世界経済の成長センターが出現し、力を増している。世界の投資、貿易、消費活動の大部分は、アジア、アフリカ、ラテンアメリカ地域に移行している。これらの地域は、世界人口の大半を擁する地域である。

これはまさに私たちが目にしていることだ。ロビンソン／ビーリーの論文にあるグローバル・パワー・ダイナミックスの分析にはない、現在進行中のグローバルな「プロセス」である。

イスラエル国家は、パレスチナ人に対してデジタルIDに基づく監視網を展開している。2014年には、イスラエルの悪名高い8200部隊の元メンバーが、パレスチナ人の居場所や活動を悪徳のように管理するイスラエル政府に失望を表明する共同書簡を書いたほどだ。

イスラエルがパレスチナ人を抑圧し、標的にするために使用している顔認識カメラと関連する「識別」ソフトウェアシステムの多くは、「多極化」した中国の国有技術企業であるHikvision社から供給されている。

アムネスティ・インターナショナルは、この監視活動を "自動アパルトヘイト "と呼んでいる。パレスチナの "封鎖 "と抑圧的な制限に加担し、パレスチナ人を標的にしたことについて、ヒクヴィジョン・イスラエルは次のように述べている：

Hikvisionは、AIoT（モノの人工知能）の未来をリードする機械知覚、人工知能、ビッグデータの最先端技術を通じて、様々な産業に貢献することを約束します：包括的な機械知覚技術を通じて、私たちは人々が周囲の世界とよりよくつながることを支援することを目指しています。

イスラエルと中国国家とのパートナーシップは、パレスチナ人の動きを制限し、イスラエル入植者と国家による暴力の両方に彼らを識別し、"彼らを取り巻く世界 "から彼らを切り離している。

おそらく、この提携は驚くべきことではない。

国連決議70/224を引用した後、ブラック／デイビスは次のように書いている。「著者たちの集団的意見では、『大ユーラシア・パートナーシップ』は『多極軸』の中で支配的な地政学的『パートナーシップ』である。一帯一路構想は、大ユーラシア・プロジェクトの持続可能な発展のための重要な要素であることは明らかである」。

イスラエルは中国政府の一帯一路構想（BRI）に参加している。 例えば、中国の上海国際港集団（「SIPG」）企業は、BRIの一環としてハイファに巨大な自動化港を建設した。1992年から2017年の間に、イスラエルと中国の貿易量は200倍に増加した。

イスラエルの核兵器保有と並んで、西側の軍事・産業技術を中国に移転するパイプ役としてのイスラエルの役割は、おそらく世界で最も秘密にされている「秘密」のひとつだろう。「西側帝国」からは時折不満の声が上がっているが、イスラエルが中国にこの技術へのアクセスを提供していることは知られており、西側帝国がこの技術を渡すことを躊躇したことはない。

パレスチナの優先事項は確かに生き残ることだが、彼らは多極化した脅威に対して「生存をかけて戦っている」のだ。この多極的脅威とは、「台頭しつつある世界レベルの政治・経済」構造でもある。

それは包括的な権力軸であり、パレスチナ人が直面する脅威と表裏一体である。

このことを指摘するのは、パレスチナ人の悲惨な苦しみから「目をそらす」ためではない。それどころか、彼らを抑圧している権力軸の全体性を浮き彫りにしようとしているのだ。

彼らを暴虐の対象にしているのが西側帝国だけだと仮定することは、間違っているだけでなく、定義づけの不十分な敵に対して「レジスタンスを団結させる」危険性をはらんでいる。

パレスチナ人にとって、西欧帝国の暴力から少しでも解放されたいと願う「東方への軸足」は理解できるかもしれない。しかし、「東方」が、確かに中国という形で、彼らの現在の破滅に加担していることを考えると、多極化した救世主にどれほどの「解放」を期待できるかは疑問である。

パレスチナの人々は、地政学的な現実を理解しようとしない人々の支援からは何も得られない。  その現実の一部とは、新しい「多極的世界秩序」が、イスラエルとの「パートナーシップ」によって、パレスチナ人、そして世界中の他の多くの人々に対して、現在その支配メカニズムを試しているということだ。

また、ヨーロッパでは軍事力を「投影」している。

多極軸」の存在を認めず、それが構築しようとしている官民一体のグローバル・ガバナンス体制の本質をまったく考慮しないのでは、ロビンソン／ビーリーの論文で提示されているグローバルな「パワー・ダイナミクス」の分析に物足りなさが残る。

「このオピニオン・ピースが、純粋に "統一された抵抗"に向けて少しでも貢献する対話の "始まり"の一部となることを願っている」とブラック／デイビスは締めくくった。

En un artículo publicado el mes pasado, Catte Black e Iain Davis argumentaban que deberíamos oponernos al orden mundial multipolar con la misma energía que a cualquier otro modelo de tiranía.

¿Por qué?

Porque el orden mundial multipolar, liderado por las naciones BRICS, es la misma agenda que se ha escuchado de las cabezas parlantes del "Imperio Occidental", EE.UU., sus aliados y su llamado complejo militar-industrial.

Lo que sigue es una paráfrasis de un artículo escrito por Catte Black e Iain Davis titulado: Interrogating "Multipolarity": A Response to "Understanding Power Dynamics". Publicado el 18 de enero, fue escrito para rebatir los puntos planteados en un artículo escrito por el profesor Piers Robinson y Vanessa Beeley.

El artículo de Robinson y Beeley sostiene que la multipolaridad representa una alternativa positiva al imperialismo occidental.  Aunque hay muchas cosas con las que Black/Davis están de acuerdo, no están de acuerdo en que la humanidad pueda liberarse mediante el "orden mundial multipolar" propuesto. Al contrario, Black y Davis sugieren que deberíamos oponernos al orden mundial multipolar con la misma energía que a cualquier otro modelo de tiranía.

"Lo que algunos podrían llamar 'multipolaridad' NO representa ninguna alternativa real y ninguno de los dos 'bandos' -sea cual sea la profundidad de las objeciones de cada uno- tiene como objetivo el bienestar de la gente corriente", escribieron Black y Davis.

El artículo de Robinson/Beeley sugería que las guerras en Ucrania y Oriente Medio son el resultado de "la continua proyección de poder por parte de Estados Unidos y sus aliados".  Sin embargo, Black/Davis sostienen que la afirmación de que el "Imperio Occidental" es esencialmente el único impulsor de todos los males está simplificada en exceso y dificulta que Robinson/Beeley presenten un análisis plenamente cohesionado de los acontecimientos actuales.

"¿Estamos ante un simple binario? ¿Rojo contra azul? ¿Oriente contra Occidente? ¿Unipolar contra multipolar? ¿O es esa misma proyección de simplicidad algo de lo que debemos desconfiar?". preguntaron Black y Davies.

Aunque Black/Davis ofrecen un análisis en el contexto tanto de Ucrania como de Oriente Medio, sólo hemos destacado sus argumentos relativos a Palestina/Israel.

Parece que el atentado de Hamás contra Israel el 7 de octubre fue, como mínimo, un atentado israelí de bandera falsa.  Es decir, parece haber sido "orquestado".

Si es así, suponiendo que Israel forme parte del identificado "Imperio Occidental", podría argumentarse que el ataque de Hamás -alabado por muchos como un golpe contra la tiranía occidental- fue, de hecho, la "proyección de poder" del Imperio Occidental.

Otras pruebas sugieren esta posibilidad.

Es poco probable que Hamás existiera en la forma en que lo hace hoy sin el apoyo del Estado israelí. Además, cuando la coalición liderada por Estados Unidos patrocinó una insurrección islamista contra el gobierno sirio del presidente Bashar al-Assad, Hamás respaldó a los llamados rebeldes.  Esencialmente, Hamás se alineó con la coalición estadounidense y los intereses israelíes en aquel momento.

En particular, el ataque de Hamás del 7 de octubre también sirvió como casus belli para Israel. Hamás no se menciona en el artículo de Robinson/Beeley pero, como señalan, la respuesta militar de Israel evidentemente "cumple los criterios de genocidio".

Si este embrollo es realmente un intento de "mantener el dominio del sistema mundial liderado por Estados Unidos", como sugirieron Robinson/Beeley, ha sido un desastre estratégico desde el principio, sobre todo por la abrumadora resistencia a la que se ha enfrentado en las Naciones Unidas ("ONU").

Es cierto que Israel ha sido objeto de censura en el pasado a raíz de innumerables resoluciones de la Asamblea General de la ONU, ninguna de las cuales se ha visto obligado a acatar. Por tanto, esta condena no es del todo única.

No obstante, la condena del Secretario General de la ONU a la respuesta militar de Israel a la Operación Al-Aqsa Flood dirigida por Hamás en el Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU fue bastante notable.

Acusando a Israel de llevar a cabo una "ocupación asfixiante", Antonio Guterres ha acusado efectivamente a Israel de crímenes de guerra afirmando que nada justifica "el castigo colectivo del pueblo palestino".

En una resolución posterior de la ONU, 153 países se unieron contra el evidente genocidio de palestinos por parte de Israel, exigiendo un alto el fuego humanitario inmediato.

Mientras tanto, incluso los medios de comunicación occidentales, como CNN, MSNBC, ABC, Sky News y otros, mostraban cada vez más los horrores de la matanza de Gaza y decían a sus lectores que Estados Unidos parecía "cada vez más aislado en la escena mundial."

La humanidad ha comprendido desde hace mucho tiempo que los imperios moribundos son bestias peligrosas, pero si la matanza masiva de Gaza fue un intento de "mantener el dominio del sistema mundial liderado por Estados Unidos", no podría haberle salido el tiro por la culata de forma más completa.

¿Cómo está fracasando repetidamente en sus propios objetivos?  ¿Por qué aparece cada vez más como un anacronismo demente y ensangrentado, cuando supuestamente tiene el control total de cómo se retratan sus acciones? ¿Por qué parece que ya no es capaz ni siquiera de tener buena prensa de forma sistemática en sus propios medios de comunicación controlados?

Black y Davis sugieren que no se trata de un accidente y ofrecen un análisis diferente de la dinámica del poder mundial.

El eje multipolar está liderado por las naciones BRICS, que incluyen a China, Rusia, India y ahora con Arabia Saudí e Irán entre ellos. Su objetivo común es construir un modelo de "gobernanza mundial" supuestamente más "inclusivo". Se trata esencialmente del mismo "orden mundial" que ha estado dominado hasta hace poco por el "Imperio Occidental".

En la multipolaridad, la ONU es el foro donde se juzgará el "equilibrio de intereses". "Todos los Estados deben acatar" sus juicios equilibrados.

Después de citar la Resolución 70/224 de la ONU, Black/Davies escribió: "Si esto te suena a la misma agenda que has escuchado de las cabezas parlantes del Imperio Occidental es porque es exactamente la misma agenda.  La única diferencia es que más "Estados nación" (refiriéndose a sus líderes designados, por supuesto, no al pueblo) tendrán supuestamente voz en la nueva versión "multipolar" de la gobernanza global público-privada."

El "acontecimiento Covid-19" es el único "proceso" de concentración de poder destacado en el artículo de Robinson/Beeley.  En consecuencia, la resistencia a las "redes de poder de las élites" que están detrás de la toma de poder denunciada se denomina "resistencia Covid."

"El 'evento Covid-19' y el despliegue del estado de bioseguridad no se limitó a Occidente más China. En nuestra opinión, fue un "proceso" de toma de poder verdaderamente global", escribieron Black/Davis.

Los gobiernos "multipolares" de Rusia, Irán, Israel, India, Brasil, Sudáfrica y Hamás -el gobierno de Gaza- también siguieron la misma "agenda tecnocrática globalista" y todos están comprometidos con el mismo "estado de bioseguridad" global. Si la "resistencia Covid" va a estar unida, entonces necesita montar una oposición a estos gobiernos también.

En una reunión extraordinaria del G20, en respuesta al ataque de Israel contra los palestinos, Vladimir Putin fue uno de los líderes mundiales, incluido el Secretario General de la ONU, Antonio Guterres, que criticó duramente a Israel. Putin declaró:

¿No les escandaliza el exterminio de civiles en Palestina y la Franja de Gaza hoy? ¿No os escandaliza que los médicos tengan que operar a niños "hacer cirugías abdominales" y utilizar un bisturí en el cuerpo de un niño sin anestesia? ¿No les escandalizó que el Secretario General de la ONU dijera que Gaza se ha convertido en un enorme cementerio de niños?

Fuertes palabras, y bien dichas. Lo cual no es inusual en Putin. Es un comunicador muy hábil. Y continuó:

En el mundo se están produciendo dramáticos procesos de transformación. Están surgiendo y cobrando fuerza nuevos y poderosos centros de crecimiento económico mundial. Una parte significativa de la inversión, el comercio y el consumo mundiales se está desplazando a las regiones de Asia, África y América Latina, que albergan a la mayoría de la población mundial.

Eso es exactamente lo que estamos viendo. Se trata de un "proceso" mundial en curso que está ausente del análisis de la dinámica del poder mundial ofrecido en el artículo de Robinson/Beeley.

El Estado israelí ha desplegado contra los palestinos una red de vigilancia basada en la identificación digital. Es tan draconiana que, en 2014, antiguos miembros de la infame Unidad 8200 de Israel escribieron una carta conjunta en la que expresaban su consternación al gobierno israelí por el control que ejercía sobre el paradero y las actividades de los palestinos.

Muchas de las cámaras de reconocimiento facial, y los sistemas de software de "identificación" asociados, utilizados por Israel para oprimir y perseguir a los palestinos son suministrados por la corporación tecnológica "multipolar" Hikvision, de mayoría estatal china.

Amnistía Internacional ha calificado esta operación de vigilancia de "apartheid automatizado". Por su participación en los "encierros" palestinos y en las restricciones opresivas, y por su complicidad en la persecución de palestinos, Hikvision-Israel declara:

Hikvision se compromete a servir a diversas industrias a través de sus tecnologías de vanguardia de percepción de máquinas, inteligencia artificial y big data, liderando el futuro de AIoT [inteligencia artificial de las cosas]: A través de tecnologías integrales de percepción de máquinas, nuestro objetivo es ayudar a las personas a conectarse mejor con el mundo que les rodea.

La asociación estatal de Israel con el Estado chino está restringiendo los movimientos de los palestinos, identificándolos para la violencia tanto de los colonos israelíes como del Estado y aislándolos del "mundo que les rodea."

Quizá esta asociación no deba sorprendernos.

Tras citar la Resolución 70/224 de la ONU, Black/Davis escribieron: "En opinión colectiva de los autores, la "Gran Asociación Euroasiática" es la "asociación" geopolítica dominante dentro del "eje multipolar". La Iniciativa Belt and Road es evidentemente un componente importante para el desarrollo sostenible del proyecto de la Gran Eurasia."

Israel participa en la Iniciativa Belt and Road ("BRI") del gobierno chino. Por ejemplo, la corporación china Shanghai International Port Group ("SIPG") construyó el enorme puerto automatizado de Haifa como parte de la BRI. Entre 1992 y 2017, el volumen del comercio global entre Israel y China se multiplicó por 200.

Junto a la posesión por parte de Israel de su propio arsenal nuclear, el papel de Israel como conducto para las transferencias de tecnología militar e industrial occidental a China es quizás uno de los "secretos" peor guardados del mundo. Aunque el "Imperio Occidental" se ha quejado ocasionalmente, el hecho de que se sepa que Israel proporciona a China acceso a esta tecnología nunca ha disuadido al Imperio Occidental de entregársela.

La prioridad palestina es, en efecto, sobrevivir, pero están "luchando por su existencia" contra una amenaza multipolar. Esta amenaza multipolar es también la estructura "política y económica emergente a nivel mundial".

Es el eje de poder global y está inextricablemente entrelazado con las amenazas a las que se enfrentan los palestinos, sin excluirse mutuamente.

Señalar esto no es "distraer" a nadie del atroz sufrimiento de los palestinos. Al contrario, es un intento de poner de relieve la totalidad de los ejes de poder que los oprimen.

Suponer que es sólo el Imperio Occidental el que los somete a la tiranía no sólo es erróneo, sino que corre el riesgo de "unir a la resistencia" contra un adversario mal definido.

Para los palestinos podría ser comprensible un "pivote hacia Oriente" con la esperanza de al menos un cierto alivio de la violencia del Imperio Occidental - pero dado que "Oriente", ciertamente en la forma de China, es cómplice de su actual destrucción, es cuestionable cuánta "liberación" pueden esperar de un salvador multipolar.

El pueblo palestino no gana nada con el apoyo de quienes se niegan a enfrentarse a la realidad geopolítica.  Parte de esa realidad es que el nuevo "orden mundial multipolar" está probando actualmente sus mecanismos de control sobre los palestinos -y muchos otros pueblos de todo el mundo- en "asociación" con Israel.

También está "proyectando" su poderío militar en Europa.

BRICS agenda and “Western Empire” agenda are the SAME agenda

In an article last month, Catte Black and Iain Davis argued that we should oppose the multipolar world order just as vigorously as we might any other model of tyranny.

Why?

Because the multipolar world order, led by the BRICS nations, is the same agenda that you’ve heard from the talking heads of the “Western Empire,” the US, its allies and its so-called military-industrial complex.

The following is paraphrased from an article written by Catte Black and Iain Davis titled: Interrogating “Multipolarity”: A Response to “Understanding Power Dynamics”. Published on 18 January, it was written to challenge points made in an article written by Professor Piers Robinson and Vanessa Beeley.

The Robinson/Beeley article maintains that multipolarity represents a positive alternative to Western Imperialism.  While there is much that Black/Davis agree with, they do not agree that humanity could free itself via the proposed “multipolar world order.” On the contrary, Black and Davis suggest we should oppose the multipolar world order just as vigorously as we might any other model of tyranny.

“What some might call ‘multipolarity’ does NOT represent any real alternative and that neither ‘side’ – whatever the depth of the objections to each other – have the welfare of ordinary people as their goal,”  Black and Davis wrote.

The Robinson/Beeley article suggested that the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East are the result of “the continued projection of power by the US and its allies.”  However, Black/Davis contend that the assertion that the “Western Empire” is essentially the sole driver of all evils is oversimplified and makes it hard for Robinson/Beeley to present a fully cohesive analysis of current events.

“Are we looking at a simple binary here? Red versus Blue? East versus West? Unipolar versus Multipolar? Or is that very projection of simplicity something we need to be wary of?” Black and Davies asked.

Although Black/Davis provides an analysis in the context of both Ukraine and the Middle East, we have only highlighted their arguments relating to Palestine/Israel.

It seems Hamas’ Al-Aqsa Flood attack on Israel on 7 October was, at the very least, an Israeli LIHOP false flag attack.  That is to say, it appears to have been “orchestrated.”

If so, assuming Israel is part of the identified “Western Empire,” it could be argued that Hamas’ attack – lauded by many as a blow against Western tyranny – was, in fact, the “projection of power” by Western Empire.

Further evidence suggests this possibility.

It is unlikely that Hamas would exist in the form it does today without the support of the Israeli state. In addition, when US-led coalition sponsored an Islamist insurrection against the Syrian government of President Bashar al-Assad, Hamas backed the so-called rebels.  Essentially, Hamas aligned with the US coalition and Israeli interests at the time.

Notably, the Hamas 7 October attack also served as a claimed casus belli for Israel. Hamas isn’t mentioned in Robinson/Beeley’s article but as they pointed out, Israel’s military response evidently “meets the criteria of genocide.”

If this imbroglio is really an attempt “to maintain US-led dominance of the global system,” as Robinson/Beeley suggested, it has been a strategic disaster from the outset, most notably through the overwhelming resistance it has faced in the United Nations (“UN”).

True, Israel has in the past been subject to censure following innumerable UN General Assembly resolutions, none of which it has ever been compelled to abide by. So, this condemnation is not entirely unique.

Nonetheless, the UN Secretary General’s condemnation of Israel’s military response to the Hamas-led Operation Al-Aqsa Flood at the UN Security Council was fairly remarkable.

Accusing Israel of operating a “suffocating occupation,” Antonio Guterres has effectively accused Israel of war crimes stating that nothing justifies “the collective punishment of the Palestinian people.”

A subsequent UN resolution saw 153 countries unite against Israel’s evident genocide of Palestinians, demanding an immediate humanitarian ceasefire.

Meanwhile, even the Western legacy media, such as CNN, MSNBC, ABC, Sky News and others were increasingly featuring the horrors of the Gaza slaughter and telling its readers that the US was looking “increasingly isolated on the world stage.”

Humanity has long understood that dying empires are dangerous beasts, but if the mass slaughter in Gaza was an attempt “to maintain US-led dominance of the global system,” it couldn’t have backfired more comprehensively.

How is it repeatedly failing at its own objectives?  Why does it increasingly appear like a demented and blood-soaked anachronism – when it allegedly has total control of how its actions are portrayed?  Why is it apparently incapable any longer of even giving itself consistently good press from its own controlled media?

Black and Davis suggest this is not an accident and offer a different analysis of the global power dynamic.

The multipolar axis is led by the BRICS nations, including China, Russia, India and now with Saudi Arabia and Iran among them. Their shared objective is to construct a supposedly more “inclusive” model of “global governance.” It is essentially the same “world order” that has been until recently dominated by the “Western Empire.”

In multipolarity, the UN is the forum where the “balance of interests” will be judged. “All States must comply” with its balanced judgements.

After quoting from UN Resolution 70/224, Black/Davies wrote: “If this sounds like the same agenda you’ve heard from the talking heads of the Western Empire that’s because it is exactly the same agenda.  The only difference is that more “nation states” (meaning their appointed leaders of course, not the people) will supposedly have a say in the new “multipolar” version of global public-private governance.”

The “Covid-19 event” is the only concentration of power “process” highlighted in Robinson/Beeley’s article.  Consequently, the resistance to the “elite power networks” behind the reported power grab is named the “Covid resistance.”

“The ‘Covid-19 event’ and the rollout of the biosecurity state was not restricted to the West plus China. It was a truly global power grab ‘process’ in our view,” Black/Davis wrote.

The “multipolar” governments of Russia, Iran, Israel, India, Brazil, South Africa and Hamas – the government of Gaza – also followed the same “globalist technocratic agenda” and are all committed to the same global “biosecurity state.” If the “Covid resistance” is going to be united then it needs to mount opposition to these governments too.

At an extraordinary meeting of the G20, in response to Israel’s attack on Palestinians, Vladimir Putin was among the global leaders, including UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, to harshly criticise Israel. Putin stated:

Are you not shocked by the extermination of civilians in Palestine and the Gaza Strip today? Is it not shocking that doctors have to operate on children “do abdominal surgeries“ and use a scalpel on a child’s body without anaesthesia? Did it not shock you when the UN Secretary-General said that Gaza has turned into a huge children’s cemetery?

Strong words, and well said. Which isn’t unusual for Putin. He is a highly skilled communicator. He continued:

Dramatic transformation processes are underway in the world. New powerful global economic growth centres are emerging and gaining strength. A significant portion of global investment, trade and consumer activity is shifting to the Asian, African and Latin American regions, which are home to the majority of the world’s population.

That is exactly what we are seeing. It is an ongoing global “process” that is absent from the analysis of global power dynamics offered in the Robinson/Beeley article.

The Israeli state has deployed a digital ID-based surveillance grid against Palestinians. It is so draconian, in 2014, former members of Israel’s infamous Unit 8200 wrote a joint letter expressing their dismay to the Israeli government over its vice-like control of Palestinian’s whereabouts and activities.

Many of the facial recognition cameras, and the associated “identification” software systems, used by Israel to oppress and target Palestinians are supplied by the “multipolar” Chinese majority state-owned technology corporation Hikvision.

Amnesty International has called this surveillance operation “automated apartheid.” For its part in the Palestinian “lockdowns” and oppressive restrictions, and its complicity in the targeting of Palestinians, Hikvision-Israel states:

Hikvision is committed to serving various industries through its cutting-edge technologies of machine perception, artificial intelligence, and big data, leading the future of AIoT [artificial intelligence of things]: Through comprehensive machine perception technologies, we aim to help people better connect with the world around them.

Israel’s state partnership with the Chinese state is restricting Palestinians’ movements, identifying them for both Israeli settler and state violence and cutting them off from “the world around them.”

Perhaps this partnership shouldn’t come as a surprise.

After quoting from UN Resolution 70/224, Black/Davis wrote: “In the authors’ collective opinion, the ‘Greater Eurasian Partnership’ is the dominant geopolitical ‘partnership’ within of the ‘multipolar axis’. The Belt and Road Initiative is evidently an important component for the sustainable development of Greater Eurasian project.”

Israel is participating in the Chinese government’s Belt and Road Initiative (“BRI”). For example, the Chinese Shanghai International Port Group (“SIPG”) corporation built the enormous automated port in Haifa as part of the BRI. Between 1992 and 2017 the volume of overall trade between Israel and China multiplied 200 times over.

Alongside Israel’s possession of its own nuclear arsenal, Israel’s role as a conduit for Western military and industrial technology transfers to China is perhaps one of the world’s worst-kept “secrets.” While occasional gripes from “Western Empire” have been aired, the fact that Israel is known to provide China access to this technology has never deterred the Western Empire from handing it over.

The Palestinian priority is indeed to survive, but they are “fighting for their existence” against a multipolar threat. This multipolar threat is also the “emerging global-level political and economic” structure.

It is the overarching power axis and it is inextricably intertwined with, not mutually exclusive of, the threats faced by the Palestinians.

To point this out is not to “distract” anyone from the appalling suffering of the Palestinians. On the contrary, it is an attempt to highlight the totality of the power axes oppressing them.

Assuming that it is only the Western Empire that is subjecting them to tyranny is not only wrong, it runs the risk of “uniting the resistance” against a poorly defined adversary.

For Palestinians a “pivot towards the East” in the hope of at least some relief from the violence of Western Empire might be understandable – but given that the “East,” certainly in the form of China, is complicit in their present destruction, how much “liberation” they can expect from a multipolar saviour is questionable.

The Palestinian people gain nothing from the support of people who refuse to engage with geopolitical reality.  Part of that reality is that the new “multipolar world order” is currently testing its control mechanisms on Palestinians – and many other people around the world – in “partnership” with Israel.

It is also “projecting” its military might in Europe.

To not even acknowledge the existence of the “multipolar axis” or give any consideration to the nature of the public-private global governance regime it is attempting to construct, leaves the analysis of global “power dynamics,” offered in Robinson/Beeley’s article, wanting.

“We hope this opinion piece is part of the ‘start’ to a dialogue that will genuinely contribute, in some small way, toward a ‘united resistance’,”  Black/Davis concluded.
