ロシア人の大多数が神を信じている - 調査結果

宗教的信条を持つ人の大半は正教徒と判明

ヴェドモスチ紙が20日に報じたところによると、ロシア全土の回答者約2000人への直接インタビューに基づく世論調査で、ロシア人の70％近くが自分たちを宗教的信心深いと考えているという。

モスクワにあるHSE大学の市民社会・非営利セクター研究センターが2023年の調査時に収集したデータによると、宗教的信条を持っていると答えた人のほとんどが正統派キリスト教徒であった。

他のキリスト教やイスラム教の信者の割合は7％であった。また、回答者の1％が仏教徒であると答え、さらに1％がユダヤ教の信者であると答えた。

無宗教と答えた28％のうち、3分の1以上は18歳から24歳の若年層であった。

調査によると、宗教を信じる人は、宗教を持たない人に比べ、34％対17％の差で、さまざまなボランティア活動に参加する傾向があった。

La mayoría de los encuestados que tenían creencias religiosas se identificaban como cristianos ortodoxos

Casi el 70% de los rusos se consideran religiosos, informó el martes el diario Vedomosti, citando una encuesta basada en entrevistas personales a unos 2.000 encuestados en toda Rusia.

La mayoría de los que dijeron tener creencias religiosas se identificaron como cristianos ortodoxos, según los datos recogidos por el Centro de Estudios de la Sociedad Civil y el Sector No Lucrativo de la Universidad HSE de Moscú durante una investigación realizada en 2023.

La proporción de seguidores de otras ramas del cristianismo o del islam se situó en el 7% en el país, reveló el estudio. Otro 1% de los encuestados se declaró budista, mientras que otro 1% se describió como seguidor del judaísmo.

Del 28% que se declaró no religioso, más de un tercio eran jóvenes de entre 18 y 24 años, reveló la encuesta.

Según el estudio, los creyentes religiosos eran más propensos a participar en diversas actividades de voluntariado en comparación con las personas que no eran religiosas, por un margen del 34% al 17%.

Una encuesta similar, publicada por el Centro de Investigación de la Opinión Pública Rusa (VTSIOM) a principios de mayo, constató una mayor proporción de personas religiosas en Rusia (78%), dos tercios de las cuales eran cristianos ortodoxos. Otro 7% se declaraba musulmán, un 1% budista y un 1% protestante. Otro 4% de los encuestados dijo creer en Dios pero no pertenecer a una confesión religiosa concreta.

En su entrevista con el periodista estadounidense Tucker Carlson en febrero, el Presidente ruso Vladimir Putin afirmó que la ortodoxia había "arraigado profundamente en la conciencia del pueblo ruso".

Sin embargo, al mismo tiempo, Rusia siempre ha respetado a quienes siguen el islam, el budismo y el judaísmo, afirmó. "Esta es su fuerza. Está absolutamente claro", afirmó el Presidente.

Most of those polled who had religious beliefs identified as Orthodox Christians

Nearly 70% of Russians consider themselves religious, Vedomosti newspaper reported on Tuesday, citing a poll based on in-person interviews with some 2,000 respondents across Russia.

Most who said they had religious beliefs identified as Orthodox Christians, according to data collected by the Center for Studies of Civil Society and the Nonprofit Sector at the HSE University in Moscow during research in 2023.

The proportion of followers of other branches of Christianity or Islam stood at 7% in the country, the study revealed. Another 1% of respondents said they were Buddhists, while a further 1% described themselves as followers of Judaism.

Out of the 28% who said they were non-religious, more than one-third were younger people between 18 and 24, the poll revealed.

According to the study, religious believers were more likely to participate in various volunteer activities compared to people who were not religious by a margin of 34% to 17%.

A similar survey, published by the Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VTSIOM) in early May, found a higher proportion of religious people in Russia (78%), two-thirds of which were Orthodox Christians. A further 7% registered as Muslims, 1% Buddhists, and 1% Protestants. A further 4% of respondents said they believed in God but didn’t belong to a specific religious denomination.

In his interview with US journalist Tucker Carlson in February, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Orthodoxy had “deeply rooted itself in the consciousness of the Russian people.”

At the same time, however, Russia has always respected those who follow Islam, Buddhism and Judaism, he said. “This is its strength. This is absolutely clear,” the president said.

Because of this, people of different faiths “consider Russia their Motherland, they have no other Motherland. We are together, this is one big family. And our traditional values are very similar,” he explained.
