気候変動がもたらす捏造された影響が、世界中の訴訟でいわゆる人権と結びつけられている。 判例が作られつつある。 彼らは「世界を救う」ためだと装っているかもしれないが、本当の標的は私たちの権利と自由なのだ。

3月29日、国連総会（以下「UNGA」）は、気候変動に関する国際連合（以下「国連」）加盟国の義務について、国際司法裁判所（以下「ICJ」）に勧告的意見を求める決議A/77/L.58を採択した。

この要請の一部は、気候変動が人権に与える影響に関連している。  世界人権宣言、市民的及び政治的権利に関する国際規約、経済的、社会的及び文化的権利に関する国際規約を含む国際人権文書に言及している。

欧州人権裁判所が最近、グリーンピースの支援を受けた少数のスイス人高齢女性グループを支持する判決を下したことについて、『Off Guardian』紙は、なぜ気候変動が人権と結びつけられているのかについて説明している。

Los efectos inventados del cambio climático se están vinculando a los llamados derechos humanos en casos judiciales de todo el mundo. Se están sentando precedentes jurídicos. Pueden fingir que es para "salvar el mundo", pero el verdadero objetivo son nuestros derechos y libertades.

El 29 de marzo, la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas ("AGNU") adoptó la resolución A/77/L.58 en la que solicita a la Corte Internacional de Justicia ("CIJ") una opinión consultiva sobre las obligaciones de los países miembros de las Naciones Unidas ("ONU") en relación con el cambio climático.

Comentando la reciente decisión del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos a favor de un pequeño grupo de ancianas suizas que contaban con el apoyo de Greenpeace, el Off Guardian ofrecía una explicación de por qué se está vinculando el cambio climático a los derechos humanos.

Al vincular el cambio climático a los derechos humanos, los gobiernos pueden justificar la aplicación de políticas cada vez más estrictas en materia de cambio climático y, al mismo tiempo, hacer creer que el poder judicial les está obligando a actuar.

Hay que recordar que los derechos humanos los otorgan los gobiernos y, cada vez más, las organizaciones supranacionales.  Los derechos humanos son cambiantes y pueden ser cambiados por aquellos que se creen con autoridad para escribir las reglas que debe seguir la humanidad.  Los derechos inalienables o, si prefieres la ortografía más antigua, los derechos inalienables no pueden ser cambiados, transferidos, eliminados o negados por el hombre.

Courts are increasingly linking “climate change” with human rights

The fabricated effects of climate change are being tied to so-called human rights in law cases across the world. Legal precedents are being set. They may pretend it is to “save the world” but the real target is our rights and freedoms.

On 29 March, the United Nations General Assembly (“UNGA”) adopted the resolution A/77/L.58 requesting an advisory opinion from the International Court of Justice (“ICJ”) on the obligations of countries that are members of the United Nations (“UN”) regarding climate change.

Part of the request relates to the human rights implications of climate change.  It references to international human rights instruments, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

Commenting on the recent decision of the European Court of Human Rights in favour of a small group of elderly Swiss women who were backed by Greenpeace, the Off Guardian offered an explanation of why climate change is being linked to human rights.

By tying climate change to human rights, governments can justify enforcing increasingly strict climate change policies while simultaneously making it appear that the judiciary is forcing their hand.

Now they can effectively claim “You’ve got to switch to an electric car, or you’re infringing other people’s human rights”, but also, “don’t blame us our hands are tied by judges.”

It also enables a propaganda campaign of escalating divisive language, mirroring the vaccinated vs unvaccinated messaging during the “pandemic.”

Remember how we were told, “The unvaccinated are filling ICUs and making another lockdown more likely”? Well, in the future, that will become “climate change deniers are violating your human rights by refusing to use a smart meter.”

It must be remembered that human rights are bestowed by governments and, increasingly, supranational organisations.  Human rights are changeable and can be changed by those who believe they have the authority to write the rules for mankind to follow.  Inalienable rights or, if you prefer the older spelling, unalienable rights cannot be changed, transferred, removed or denied by man.
