新しく就任したニュージーランド政府は、これ以上国連決議や世界保健機関（WHO）に振り回されるつもりはない。

ニュージーランド・ファーストとの連立協定によると、新政権は国連からの協定や世界保健機関（WHO）が提案する国際保健規則の改正案を受け入れる前に、「国益テスト」を実施する。

この目的のために、ニュージーランド内閣は2023年12月1日までに国際保健規則の改正案に「反対」しなければならない。

金曜日、中道右派の国民党は、自由主義的なACTニュージーランドおよびポピュリストのニュージーランド・ファーストと連立協定を結び、3党による政権樹立を可能にした。

昨日、ウェリントンのガバメント・ハウスで、英国国王チャールズ3世を国家元首として代表するシンディ・キロ・ニュージーランド総督が、クリストファー・ルクソン国民党党首を第42代ニュージーランド首相として閣僚とともに宣誓した。国会は来週召集され、新しい政策に着手する予定である。

ニュージーランド第一党との連立協定によると、新政権が取り組むべき喫緊の課題のひとつは、世界保健機関（WHO）が提案するいかなる政策変更にも同意しないよう内閣が当局者に指示することである。連立合意にはこうある：

民主主義と自由の強化

ニュージーランドが、国の意思決定を制限するような国連やその機関からの協定を受け入れる前に、「国益テスト」を確実に実施し、ニュージーランドの国内法がいかなる国際協定よりも優先されることを再確認する。

上記の一環として、2023年12月1日までに、WHOの保健規則の改正案に対し、次期政府が「国益テスト」に照らして検討できるよう保留する。

El recién investido gobierno de Nueva Zelanda pretende no dejarse mangonear más por las resoluciones de la ONU ni por la Organización Mundial de la Salud.

Según un acuerdo de coalición con New Zealand First, el nuevo gobierno llevará a cabo una "Prueba de Interés Nacional" antes de aceptar cualquier acuerdo de las Naciones Unidas o las enmiendas propuestas por la Organización Mundial de la Salud al Reglamento Sanitario Internacional.

Para ello, el Gabinete neozelandés deberá "reservarse en contra" de las enmiendas propuestas al Reglamento Sanitario Internacional antes del 1 de diciembre de 2023.

El viernes, el partido de centro-derecha National firmó acuerdos de coalición con el partido libertario ACT New Zealand y el populista New Zealand First que permiten a los tres partidos formar gobierno, poniendo fin a seis años de gobiernos de izquierdas en Nueva Zelanda.

Ayer, la Gobernadora General de Nueva Zelanda, Cindy Kiro, que representa al monarca británico Carlos III como Jefe de Estado, tomó juramento al líder del Partido Nacional, Christopher Luxon, como 42º Primer Ministro de Nueva Zelanda, junto con los ministros de su gabinete, en la Casa de Gobierno de Wellington. Reforzar la democracia y las libertades

The newly sworn-in New Zealand government intends not to be pushed around by UN resolutions or by the World Health Organisation anymore.

According to a coalition agreement with New Zealand First, the new government will undertake a “National Interest Test” before accepting any agreements from the United Nations or the World Health Organisation’s proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.

To this aim, the New Zealand Cabinet must “reserve against” proposed amendments to International Health Regulations by 1 December 2023.

On Friday, centre-right National signed coalition agreements with libertarian ACT New Zealand and populist New Zealand First allowing the three parties to form a government, bringing an end to six years of left-wing governments in New Zealand.

Yesterday, New Zealand Governor General Cindy Kiro, who represents British monarch King Charles III as head of state, swore National Party leader Christopher Luxon in as New Zealand’s 42nd prime minister along with ministers of his cabinet at Government House in Wellington. Parliament is expected to sit next week and begin working on new policies.

According to the coalition agreement with New Zealand First, one of the most urgent issues the new government must address is that the Cabinet will tell officials not to agree to any policy changes suggested by the World Health Organisation (“WHO”). The coalition agreement states:

Strengthening Democracy and Freedoms

Ensure a ‘National Interest Test’ is undertaken before New Zealand accepts any agreements from the UN and its agencies that limit national decision-making and reconfirm that New Zealand’s domestic law holds primacy over any international agreements.

As part of the above, by 1 December 2023 reserve against proposed amendments to WHO health regulations to allow the incoming government to consider these against a “National Interest Test.”
