[Corkboard📌Community] Submission rules & Reference Template (English Version)

📌Summary

Smile for your creation!
The artwork publication program [Corkboard📌Community]
is accepting applications for original works of video, audio, art, and radio mail.
You can expect a fun radio talk show where we introduce the listeners works of art.

While you listen at your leisure, we hope you’ll enjoy things like,
[Having your own work featured on our show!]
[Finding new works to fall in love with!]
These are the experiences we hope to provide.

Please do not concern yourself with your history as an artist, your achievements or quality.
If you have a video/audio/artwork you can feel free to submit it no matter who you are♪
(We welcome Pros and Amateurs. We’d love to see works from Vocaloid Producers, Youtubers, Vtubers, Music Composers, Illustrators, Photographers, Writers, Creators looking for promotion, New creators, Creators coming back from hiatus...etc, etc)

We are a small team and will not be running the show on a particular schedule.
It may take some time for your submissions to be introduced on the program.
We hope you’ll enjoy our program.

We have produced a “Episode 0” example episode.
(We are introducing the works of our staff)

📌General Rules (Please read carefully)

・We are taking all submissions via email (the address is below)

・We are only accepting your original works of art.
Please do not submit work made by others, or derivative works.

Please provide a form of contact information (we recommend your Twitter ID or other SNS).
(i.e. @utxsf)
We would love to make connections with the artists we feature!
We will publish your contact information within the video and in the description.
(If you change your ID, you can email us and we will update your ID in the description of any video that may be already published.)

・You may also submit work as a Circle or Group.

・Feel free to submit works of art that you have already posted on other sites
(Actually it’s recommended! Since our program may not update so often…)
(If your work is submitted to another site, pleasure make sure that site allows you to repost to other locations before submitting to our show)

・The works we introduce will remain posted on our YouTube Channel.
Additionally we plan to post on,
①note (Audio Only streaming)
②podcast (Audio Only streaming)
③twittbot (A link to our program will be posted)
④niconico (We will use this site if we are unable to post on Youtube)
When you email us your submission,
We will assume that we have your permission to post on these sites.

・After we have received your submission and posted the video,
generally we cannot delete or alter the video.
(We cannot take specific requests on how you might like the work to be introduced, or what words you might want us to say. Please leave that to us. We will not say anything harmful about you or your work, so please don’t worry and have fun submitting♪)

・We will never alter your artwork in any way.
(The most we may do is adjust the overall volume to balance it with our program.)

When submitting video work, pleasure ensure your video follows copyright laws.
When using royalty free material,
Please give the name of the site and/or URL where the material is from within your video, or in your email to us, so we can avoid any issues.

📌Prohibited and Unacceptable items (Please read carefully)

・We cannot accept extreme works such as adult or gore content.

・Because we will not have a regular schedule,
We cannot introduce work that comes with a future date, such as “This work will be released on this day of this month” or “There is a sale for this work until this day”, etc. (We apologize for the inconvenience…)

・We will not use your submitted data for anything other than our program.
After a certain amount of time we will delete the data.

If we discover later that one of our rules has been broken, we will delete the corresponding video.

We are not able to intervene or get involved with trouble between viewers of our program.

(If there is a lot of text, we may have to summarize it on our show)

・For our video program, we will provide a simple illustration.
(We will use resources from the video editing software.
We cannot take illustration requests,
so it’s possible the illustration may not exactly match the tone of the audio.)

Feel free to write your own introduction message, comments, or stories about your work!
(If there is a lot of text, we may have to summarize it on our show)

・Please submit your work as .wav or .mp3
And please send it using an online store service.

📌 [Art] Submission guidelines <Template Available>

・We are accepting illustrations and photo submissions.

・We will use the art during the Eye-catch
 (played when entering a new segment, the show title is read out).
 (You can feel free to include your handle name and contact info within your art. We will also publish it in the description.)

・There is no need to make your illustration fit with the tone of the Eye-catch BGM.
(We will only use BGM made by our team. It may be subject to change.)

Your introduction text or comments may be read in the opening (during the Nanako Box talk corner), or during the ending.

・Please submit your work as .jpg(.jpeg) or .png
And please send it using an online store service.
