Are the police involved in group stalking?!

It was posted on Yahoo Answers, but it still feels like they are under the control of America. I think some of the police must be involved for this to happen.

At first, they say things like, "Please cooperate with the police!" Without the involvement of a public institution, no one would join immediately. Of course, not all police are aware of this. It's possible that there are people from the Zainichi community who were placed in the upper echelons immediately after the war, and they might be trying to reduce the number of pure Japanese people. Those who cooperate so readily probably don't understand this. But I think the Japanese people who are stalking are foolish. It is clear that they will have fewer allies later on and will be in trouble, and they certainly won't be helped when that happens.

In my case, even to people who don't know me at all, things that are obviously not true about me are being spread, but no one tells me anything directly. I believe this is because the police are involved from the start, and it is being done as part of a public investigation. Other victims also said that no one tells them anything directly.
