These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the app "Hand History" ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Service Description
    • The App allows users to record poker hands and stores the data solely on the user's device. The App does not interact with the internet or external servers. However, it does use Google Admob to display advertisements.

  2. Data Storage and Handling
    • All data entered by the user is stored on the user's device. There is no support for data backup to the cloud or transfer to other devices.

  3. About Advertisements
    • The App uses Google Admob to display advertisements. The content of the ads is not the responsibility of the App.

  4. License Scope
    • The App is available as a non-transferable license only on Apple-branded products or Android devices owned or controlled by the user.

  5. Prohibited Actions
    • Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App.
    • Using the App for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

  6. Disclaimer
    • The provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

  7. Amendments to Terms
    • The provider may amend these Terms as necessary. Any amendments will become effective once posted within the App.

Privacy Policy (English)

This Privacy Policy outlines how personal information is handled when using the app "Hand History" ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this policy.

    • The App does not collect any personal information, including poker hand data. All data is stored only on the device.
