タイが好きとゆうこともあって、ときどきガパオライスを食べてる。
料理がめんどうなときには特に食べてる。
なぜなら材料費が安くて調理がかんたん、さらには保存ができるから。
ひき肉と玉ねぎをいためてガパオライスの素をまぜたらできあがる。
そしてタッパーに米をつめて、その上にサランラップといためたひき肉と玉ねぎをのせてふたをする。
あとはタッパーごと冷凍庫に入れてストックしておいて、好きなときに食べるだけ。
I sometimes eat gapao rice because I like Thailand.
I eat it especially when cooking is too much of a hassle.
Because the ingredients are inexpensive, easy to cook, and can be stored.
I cook ground meat and onions, mix them with the for gapao rice mix, and it's ready.
Then, fill the Tupperware with rice, cover with Saran wrap and the minced meat and onions, and put the lid on.
Then, put the entire Tupperware in the freezer and eat it whenever I like.
