When we leave the fixed organization, we could throw away something burdensome and troublesome because nobody could impose what we must do reluctantly on us.
Simultaneously, we feel lonely and solitude when nobody exists around us because there are numerous friendly colleagues in our organization, in fact, there are many coworkers with something irritating and disgusting.
Those who someone chicken called the “tyrant,” who should have been conscious of their own weaknesses, in other words, someone disadvantageous, an article says.
