受験生と一緒に長文を読んで問題を解いた。テーマは競業避止合意。恥ずかしながら初めて知った。内容は難しい訳ではない。ただ抽象的な文章が英語で書かれているので問題になる。
Yesterday he read an English passage and worked on several questions with an examinee at my workplace.
A subject offered in the passage seemed to be the “Non Competition Agreement,” which hit on him for the first time, to his shame, but the contents weren’t tough.
However, the passage with something abstract was written in English, which enabled this contents to have several appropriate questions for the simulations.

簡単に言うとライバルの会社で働くことを禁止する合意書のこと。ある美容室を辞める場合は３年間ほど200キロ以内にある美容室に勤めてはいけない。就労の自由を奪う合意書である。

A major city bank with numerous customers might be brought into the deadly and lethal circumstances when the ex-bankers take a large number of ex-customers to another competitor bank, which seems a catastrophe.
However, in the case of the beauty salon or the restaurant, such a loss is unlikely to take place, he says.

結局は辞めにくくさせて賃金を下げる悪法である。日本語にすると内容はこの程度だからこどもでも分かる。英語を読んで理解するのは大変だ。救いなのは設問が難しくないことだけだ。
