We might learn the economics term “stagflation,” which is a famous word and an examinee should understand this vital phrase when he or she take an exam.
The cost of living rises even when the economy isn’t doing well, which makes our life challenging.
The moderate income could offset the high prices, and the commodities should sell well, and we could gain enough salary as we buy what we need.
But this isn’t the truth in our society in recent years.

The economic activities would start to run when we produce what we need, and a shop or a store sell what workers make, and laborers gain proper wages, and consumers purchase what they need.
This cycle could make our economic activities normal, which is called “the economic works well.”
However, what is normal won’t last forever, to our regret.

Our wages have risen little by little in recent years, the cost of living outweighs our salaries, so ordinary citizens tend to refrain from paying extra money.
Such a situation prevents consumers from buying what is unnecessary in their daily life.
We cannot avoid buying what we eat in order to live.
But we would buy something inexpensive, which doesn’t seem satisfactory in the nutritional viewpoint.

This behavior might make negative contributions to our physical condition, as a result, numerous ordinary citizens could see a doctor in the hospital, which might have negative influences on the national revenues because most of the patients’ medical expenses must be paid by the government, we must remember.
The ministry of finance forces the government to raise the consumption taxation.
We find this cycle the downward spiral, which never fail to make Japan’s future something dark and grave.
