小学生「歩きタバコが禁止になった話」

静岡の話と聞いている。路上喫煙を禁止する条例が制定されたのはある1人のこどもの訴えがきっかけになったと。喘息持ちだったこどもが歩きタバコの通行人とすれ違ったらしいのだ。
There was an opportunity to know an essential story that a certain prefecture determined their own regulation about the street smoking being banned, to his joy.
A certain elementary school pupil’s suggestion enabled numerous ordinary citizens to pay attention to such an undesirable behavior, which collected a tremendous number of signatures from various kinds of people.
He had suffered from terrible asthma, when someone with a cigarette passed by him, who was narrowly burned on his face, at which he felt furious, he assumes.

大人の歩きタバコはこどものちょうど顔当たりになる。それで火傷になることもある。そもそも喫煙場所はどこでも限られているので路上も駄目だ。こどもの訴えは署名をかなり集めた。
A cigarette an adult carries on the street is likely to burn a child’s face because both’s heights are the same.
In the first place, the number of place where an adult can smoke has been limited in our society in recent years, which means that they cannot smoke on the streets.
The pupil’s passionate appeal collected a tremendous number of signatures, which made a vital difference.

宮城の老害議員が議会中にツムツムをスマホでしていた。それを摘発したのもこどもの感想文だった。素朴な疑問ほど強いものはない。それは大人になるに連れてなくなるものなのだよ。
