強制選挙「オーストラリアでは強制の話」

ある国では選挙が義務化されていて投票率が９割を超える。投票が強制的でなかった時代は５割程度だった。だがメリットだけではない。投票所に行く有権者の数は増えたが適当に投票する若者も多い。そして強制というものに反感を抱く者もいる。
