Could you ～? 同様、丁寧な依頼表現です。ただし、Could you ～? が「できるかどうか」を聞くのに対して、Would you ～? は、できるのは前提として「するつもりがあるかどうか」を問うというニュアンスの違いがあります。しかし実際は、この違いを意識して使う人は少ないです。
