What time is it now? It's 2:36 am.
No no, I'm not staying up late, but I woke up way too early because of the jet lag. There are 7 hours of time difference between Japan and Greece.           

Oh yes, I made it to Greece safely! I was very worried the last couple of weeks since a new covid variance appeared... I was like... why now?                          But anyway, luckily it didn't affect my trip to Greece and here I am :)

My flight was from Tokyo to Dubai, having 6 hours of layover and Dubai to Greece. I used the Marhaba lounge at Dubai international airport to wait for my next flight. It was around 10,000 yen, including shower service. It was expensive, but I had a pleasant time there.

After 6 hours, I got on the airplane again, this time to Athens... !!

Finally, I can see him after a year! I was super excited during my flight.             I watched two movies, "Free guy" and "Elf". I had a pleasant flight and arrived at Athens airport. Immigration was very smooth, I presented my QR code for the Passenger Locator Form and that's all!

 
My flight arrived 30 mins earlier than its schedule but when I finally collected my luggage, it was past my arrival time. So I expected him to be waiting for me at the airport lobby but when I texted him, he was panicked saying 

"Sooo early babe, I am sorry I should have left home earlier. I am sorry, stay there and wait for me!" 

I knew he's gonna be late as usual! Haha Anyway, he brought me a beautiful bouquet of pink and blue roses so everything is forgiven.                              He said pink is me and blue is him, so the bouquet represents us :)            Such a sweet boy, I'm so happy to have him by my side.

It took more than 24 hours since I left my home in Japan to arrive at his home in Greece. I was exhausted but my happiness overwhelmed my tiredness :) Because we were apart for a year, we appreciate our time together more than anyone. He made us a pizza for dinner and we enjoyed each other's company.

Now I'm debating with myself if I should go back to sleep or not. There are many things we want to do today, so I should have some rest…
