First of all, I would like to ask you all.

Doesn't it take a lot of courage to let someone else do what you can do yourself?

I mean, it's faster to do it yourself, I know it well, so it's accurate even if it's not perfect, and it doesn't bother the other person, so it's really good for the three sides.

But that doesn't make people grow.

And I can't guarantee that I can do everything by myself at any time and forever.

You may suddenly have an errand that requires you to take time off from work, or you may be occupied with one task and not be able to do other work, or you may be unhappy with yourself...

If you think about the reasons, you can find any number of reasons, but I think it's a little too dangerous to think that you have to do everything yourself.

What's more, if you take on everything, you'll end up choking yourself as you get busier.

Or, even if it's a little difficult, try to leave it to them.
(This will free up your hands, so you can do something else. That way, you can make time for yourself. Of course, if you leave it up to me, I will never blame you if you make a mistake. I will take responsibility. Also, if you don't take the stance of not interfering too much, please be aware that the person in charge may not be able to stretch out and exert their usual strength.)

Entrust the things that your colleagues, subordinates, and juniors are interested in.
(The same is true at home. If you think that it will be troublesome if you get hurt or if you make a mistake, you will not be able to leave it to me no matter how long it takes. I can't do anything, so it takes time to become independent.)

Anyway, when I left it to someone else, there were things that went better than me.
(It's also important to let them try anything. Anyway, what they're interested in, what they're good at, and what they like. Furthermore, we can expect higher quality, efficiency and productivity.It means that everyone has potential that cannot be measured only by the skills accumulated from years of experience.)

It must have been my imagination.
(If you try to find out the person's good points, you'll start to think, "Maybe I should leave it to you." I can't do anything, I can't shake my work, and I'm getting tired.)

I thought I should trust my colleagues and juniors a little more.
(This stance remains unchanged even now. By sharing my work, work efficiency has improved, and I have been able to provide services to users earlier.)
