It's easier to have multiple answers for difficult questions.

hello everyone.

Sai & Co. This is Sai & Co. from WAKU Challenge Lab.

Well, today I will brush up on my past blog and explain about "It's easier to have multiple answers for difficult problems".

If you enjoyed today's story, please share it with us😁

Now let's get down to business.

The customer I dealt with today had a hard time changing their intentions.

Each time, I would make phone calls to get in touch with the people involved, run around, find that person, tell them about the changes, and end up being swayed by that customer...
(However, this is definitely more suitable for me than doing predetermined routes and routine work. In other words, the direction changes depending on the scene, and the scenario is unpredictable. The more difficult it is, the more I think about what to do, the clearer my thinking, and the exhilaration I feel when I come up with the optimal solution is irresistible. Is it a bit of a pervert?)

That being said, since one person's life depends on it, of course there are hesitation, and everyone has their own ideas, and the ideas themselves differ from person to person. I'm really sorry.
(The more difficult a problem is, the greater the sense of accomplishment when solving it. This is thanks to the hormone dopamine in the brain, which makes people excited. I think it's a certain name, but it's a substance that comes out when a person is in a state of excitement. Thanks to the release of this substance, people get excited, have more fun, and get motivated. But on the contrary, if it's too much, it's always It's very dangerous because it puts you in high spirits. In other words, you become impulsive and lose control. You get into trouble with people, cause accidents, and sometimes you think you can do anything and die. So, it's not as good as more dopamine is released, so I hope you understand that. There is also a way to release this dopamine with medicine, but you can take it from medicine without secreting it yourself. If you do it all the time, the organs of your body will not work and you will rest.If that happens, you will not be able to return to normal, so you will continue to rely on medicine for a long time. This is very dangerous. , please be careful not to become routine.)

So, after all, it's better to be prepared so that any answer will come.

People tend to think from the beginning to narrow down to one answer, but I always try to have many answers.

In other words, it is to say that you should be prepared so that you can receive any kind of answer from the other party.

If you do that, honestly no matter what kind of answer you get, you won't be moved.
(For difficult issues, I usually think about 3-5 answers. By doing so, I usually settle on one of them, so I can go to meetings and discussions with peace of mind.)

Nonetheless, if I receive a response that goes beyond my expectations, I might be a little upset, but that is almost never the case.
(Then what do you do when you come up with an answer that breaks through? Then you brainstorm. It takes courage to throw away all the answers you have prepared, but if the other person doesn't want it, you can reject it at that point. It might be a good idea to reconsider who you are working for and who you are trying to help.)

Along the way, there will be some gaps in the contents, but in the end, the goal is the same, so it's not a problem at all.

It's pretty much.

So, from the other team members' point of view, the slapstick drama this time may have the feeling of being swayed by the customer, but from my point of view, everything is almost within expectations.
(At this time, I was able to settle down within the range of the answers I had in mind, so I remember finishing it in easy mode without any rush. I was tired because I kept moving my body and bowing my head repeatedly.)

I did most of the communication with the people involved myself, but there were no major problems.

To put it bluntly, the customer may have been labeled as a "person who needs attention," but since everyone is an important customer in the first place, it would be better if there was a feeling of being treated carefully.
(However, everyone forgets 74% of their memories after a day, and no one recalls them after half a year. This is human nature, and that's why you can do drastic things. is.)

This series of actions itself took a little time, but in the end, the team staff had a good experience, and for the customer, it was the first step that would ultimately lead to great customer satisfaction. I think it will be
(As for this case, it was an experience that I could not have unless I boldly took on the challenge. If you only choose safety measures, you will not be able to have such a valuable experience. I recommend that you do it just to the extent that you don't die.)

I did something bad to the team staff, but I felt like I was able to get together a little, so I'm immersed in self-satisfaction.
(If you give a reward when you work hard like this, your bond will deepen.)
