I stopped taking B vitamin supplements. (2021/9/22 I took supplements!! ️ (Vitamin B group version) Brush-up blog)

"I tried to take vitamin B group".

Well, first of all, I will start with the explanation of the B vitamins.

In other words, there is a work to create energy produced in the body more efficiently.

If energy is produced efficiently, of course the body will be less tired.
(In other words, it means that the energy that is created is working so that it spreads well throughout the body. By spreading the energy to every corner of the organ, the body will be in good condition and you will not get tired easily.Is it one year? It seems that the previous me was still lacking in words and didn't study enough...)

So, I started drinking this about 4 months ago, and I'm confirming the effect.

Is it compatible with yesterday's zinc?

It doesn't hurt my stomach at all, and I'm still in good shape😁
(For zinc, please refer to the blog on September 6, 2022. As I wrote about my physical condition, it hasn't changed even after a year. It doesn't hurt my stomach and I'm still in perfect condition.)

However, B vitamins seem to be well absorbed, and urine turns yellow when you pee.

It may come as a bit of a surprise to those who don't know him, but he doesn't seem to be sick.

However, if you feel anything unusual, please consult your doctor.
(Vitamin B group is not well absorbed, it seems that there are water-soluble and fat-soluble, which are easy to dissolve in water, and it seems that the one I was drinking was simply water-soluble. As soon as I drank it, it dissolved in the water in my body and came out with my urine. In this case, it means that the body has already taken in enough vitamin B. Therefore, if your urine turns yellow immediately after taking vitamin B, it means that the vitamin is already in your body. Group B is satisfied, so it is not necessary to take supplements.Even if you take additional supplements, it will come out with urine, so it is meaningless.)

I can't expect any effect unless I continue to drink this supplement, so I will continue to drink it 😁
(Although it is written at the end, in fact, I stopped taking it after about a year. After all, when I continued to drink it, my urine was yellow on many days. That's why I get enough vitamin B group from food. As I wrote before, there is no point in taking supplements if you pee.By the way, if you stop taking supplements, you won't get tired easily, so maybe other factors is enough to cover it.)
