If I have free time, I look at my smartphone.

When you take the train, when you go home, you can't do it, but when you walk, use a smartphone, a bicycle, or a car, you can't help but get into your usual habit, right?

Well, give up a hundred steps, if you're studying, working, or doing something productive on your smartphone, is it the one who looks lazily, is it zapping?

If you do this, won't you waste your time?
