Strategies to expand sales

After transiting to Agent Sales group, over a half of year has taken.
I've understood the system of our business during above period.

Today, I'd love to introduce how I'm gonna expand sales.
There're three strategies to realize above goal.


Preparing Basic Client's Information Lists.

First of all, I'm gonna complete the Basic Client's Information Lists.
They include the name of agents, end users, applications, the components we sell.
With the lists, we're gonna think what we expand selling from those information.
In a word, above process means the marketing activity, I think. 
Also, we can manage the progress of business if we use it marking the business currently in progress with yellow lines.

Disclosing a part of the Stock Lists

Secondly, to disclose a part of the Stock Lists for the clients whose orders are few is one of my strategies.
The deals with few items reduce the benefits and clients have to pay for shipping to us.
In order to prevent those situations, I guess that to disclose a part of the Stock Lists is valid way to get ordering with several items.

Developing an oversea markets

Finally, to develop an oversea markets is the next phase to expand sales.
The business related to oversea is likely to get ordering such as big volumes of prices and quantities.
Whichever the markets are, via the oversea divisions of agents, I found out it's valuable opportunity to take advantage of my skills of English.

Conclusion


To realize the sales activity for client's expansion sales, I'll put three things into practice constantly and consistently.
To take advantage of the above efforts on the next stage that'll an oversea electronics trading company or a consultant for foreign company, I just succeed.
