In some countries, owing a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation.

In recent years, there has been a profound increase the number of apartment for renting. On one side of the spectrum, some say that the possesstion of own house is regardeded essental fortne for illustrating their high status. However, the critics, including myself, strongly oppose this view as it will raise the number of unoppupied houses problems.

To begin, there is an argumen to be made that having own house can be one of factors for showing off their individual weatlh. To illustrate this point, most of Hollywood movie stars or company presidents own luxualy and huge house even though they just live alone and everone can recognize their financial stuation with just walking around.
For this reason, it is clealy that evidet that people lives in specific countries eager to buid their own house which in turn keeping their assets as objective way.

What is more, countless economists have confiemed that possession own house is most efficient way to provided their assets to their children in terms of tax. This being the case, it is not unreasonable to assume that if rich people posess their house, they would distribute their earnings to their relatives more.

Nontheless, despite the points outlined above, it must be stated that expanding of the number of house owner will increase empty house in the future. For instance, Japan, where is againg society, is facing the problem that how cope with the houses after its owner death. Therefore, it is undeniable that city goverment has to intervate for deprive the ownership and cleaning, this is covered by our tax an it would raise our tax rate.

Futhermore, house shortage will occured among poor people, and it is also increase the financial gap in the society. The ownersip reduce the number of the residence per area, so especially urban area, the dense of popuarity will be serious issue.

To conlude, whist some are under that impression that house ownership will best way to show their ability, others, myself included, firmly belive that house rentimg would provide a solution for overpopulation and financial gap.
From my perspective, I am of the fiece belief that as sharing economy makes the society more equal and avtive, and there are another ways to distribuing and showing their fortune like watch or car.
