Fuel Mental Struggles

Many people often lament about their perceived flaws, when in reality, their struggles may stem from leading unhealthy lifestyles, both mentally and physically.
If more individuals took breaks from social media and engaged in activities that nurtured their well-being, such as self-care or exercise, they might find relief from their anxiety or depression.
It's challenging to cultivate self-esteem when one feels devoid of positivity. This has been one of the toughest lessons I've had to learn in life.
