コープみらい助成団体活動交流会に参加してきました！

こんにちは。RMJの代表モエです。
2022年7月2日（土）コーププラザ新中野にて行われた「コープみらい東京エリア 2022年度 社会貢献活動表彰団体・女性団体活動交流会」に参加してまいりましたー！
いざ、入場！
会場内撮影ができなかったので写真はありませんが、入り口で飲み物を１ついただけるとのことでしたので、こちらをいただきました。
キウイ＆りんごで甘めで美味しかったです。息子（2歳）にも今度飲ませようと思います。まだ息子は缶がうまく飲めないので、紙パック一択。
余談ですが、私はペンを忘れていることに気づき、受付周辺にいらっしゃった男性にお借りしたのですが、帰りにご本人に返せず、別の男性にお返ししました。その節はありがとうございました…（深々）
テーブルが６卓にわかれており、RMJは１番テーブルに席を作っていただいていたので着席。
表彰団体・助成団体プレゼン
開会の挨拶の後、３団体のプレゼンがありました。
特にわたしが衝撃を受けたのは2019年「地域かがやき賞」に表彰された「プラネットカナール」さんのSUDACHIプロジェクト。
児童養護施設から巣立つ若者を支援されています。
ところで、児童養護施設って何だかわかりますか？孤児院とは違います。
児童養護施設にいる子どもたちの94%は、親が生存しているが親元にいられない子どもたちだそうです。そしてそのうち60%が虐待が原因。
そんな児童養護施設を巣立つ年齢になった子たちに、家具家電を無償提供することで、自立の手助けをするという支援をされています。目の付け所がいいなぁと思いました。家具家電揃えるのは本当に大変ですもんね。
システムはSalesforceさんから提供されているそうです。また、個人情報に触れるメンバーは限定的で誓約書も出してもらっているなど、RMJの活動時に参考になるお話も聞けてよかったです。
他の団体さんも、魅力的な発表内容ばかりでした。RMJも活動内容を発表できるくらい頑張っていきたいです。
休憩＆交流会
それぞれ自己紹介を終えてから、各団体の皆様の紹介を聞いたり、お互い質問をして過ごしました。今回ご一緒したのは「ご近所ミニディゆらり」「NPO法人だーちゃらぼ」「特定非営利法人グッド」の３団体の皆様、東京１ブロック＆２ブロックの副委員長さん、社会活動財団理事長さん、組合員理事さん。
お話をしながら、東京ブロック1&2の副委員長さんから、今後こういった形で協力しましょうなど具体的なお話もできて、とてもありがたい機会でした。
コープみらい理事長のお話
最後にコープみらい理事長の閉会の挨拶がありました。
今回の会で、お互いを「ゆるやかに知る」、そしてお互いの活動に「あいのり」し、まずは「やってみる」によって活用して欲しいと仰っていたのが印象的でした。
これらのステップによって、ひとつひとつの出会いがより深まり、より有意義な活動をしていける。理事長は、さらっと説明されていましたが、非常に大切なことだと思いました。
また「コープみらいとはただの資金源という関係ではなく、マンパワーやインフラなども使っていただきたい」とも仰られておりました。今回、東京１ブロック＆２ブロックの副委員長さんからお声がけいただいたのですが、役員が1名でやっている、RMJのような団体にはとてもありがたいお申し出でした。
「ゆるやかに知る」「あいのり」「やってみる」の３ステップを大事にしつつ、コープみらいの関係者の皆様の協力を得ながら、頑張ろうと思いました。
終わりに
以前noteに担当Hさんのことを書いたのですが、なんとこの日初対面を果たしました。閉会後に探そうと思っていたのですが、社会活動財団理事長さんがわざわざHさんを連れてきてくださったのです（嬉）
コロナ禍になり、リモートに慣れてはいましたが、やはり対面は良いなぁと思いました。
他の団体さんとのお話は刺激になりましたし、わたしも活動内容や活動のきっかけなどを初めて対面説明する機会をいただけて、何をやるのかがはっきり＆シンプルになりました。前回も書きましたが再掲します。
＜RMJのやりたいこと＞
人種問わずのママ支援。
孤独を感じるママを、ひとりでも多く減らす。
支援を受けたいがハードルがあるママたちに、直接もしくはオンラインでサポートを提供する。
スタッフにも貢献感・楽しさを感じてもらう。
今年始めたばかりで、右も左もわからないボランティア活動。横のつながりを作ってくださり、ただの資金助成ではなく、ハートフルに一緒に頑張っていくはたらきかけを積極的にしてくださるコープみらいさんに心から感謝します。また第2四半期も頑張ってまいります！

On Saturday, July 2, 2022, I participated in the "Co-op Mirai Tokyo Area FY2022 Social Contribution Activity Awards Exchange Meeting for Women's Groups" held at Co-op Plaza Shin Nakano!
Now it's time to enter!
I was not allowed to take pictures inside the venue, so I don't have any photos, but I was offered a drink at the entrance, so I took this one.
It was sweet and tasty with kiwi & apple. I will give my son (2 years old) a drink next time. My son still can't drink cans well, so I choose paper packets.
On a side note, I realized I forgot my pen, so I borrowed it from a man around the reception area, but was unable to return it to him on my way home, so I gave it back to another man. Thank you very much for your kindness.
The tables were divided into six, and RMJ was seated at the first table.
Presentations by Awarded and Granted Organizations
After the opening remarks, there were presentations by three organizations.
I was particularly struck by the SUDACHI Project by Planet Canal, which was awarded the 2019 "Regional Kagayaki Award.
The project supports young people who leave orphanages.
By the way, do you know what an orphanage is? It is different from an orphanage.
94% of the children in orphanages are children whose parents are still alive but cannot stay with them. And 60% of them are abused.
The orphanage helps these children who have reached the age to leave the orphanage by providing them with furniture and appliances free of charge to help them become independent. I thought that was a very good idea. It's really hard to get furniture and appliances, isn't it?
The system is provided by Salesforce. I was also glad to hear that RMJ has a limited number of members who have access to personal information and that they are required to sign a written pledge, which will be helpful for RMJ's activities.
The other groups also gave fascinating presentations, and I hope RMJ will do its best to present its activities as well.
Break & Exchange
After each group introduced themselves, we spent time listening to introductions from each organization and asking each other questions. This time we were joined by three organizations, "Neighborhood Mini-Di Yurari," "NPO Dacharabo," and "NPO Good," the vice chairpersons of Tokyo Blocks 1 and 2, the president of the Social Activity Foundation, and a member of the association's board of directors. .
It was a great opportunity to talk with the vice chairpersons of Tokyo Blocks 1 & 2 and to have concrete discussions about how we can cooperate with them in the future.
Talk by Coop Mirai's Chairperson of the Board
The closing remarks were made by the Coop Mirai board chairperson.
It was impressive that she said that she hoped this meeting would help us to "get to know each other loosely," "get along" with each other's activities, and "give it a try" to make the most of this opportunity.
These steps will deepen each encounter and make the activities more meaningful. The chairperson of the board explained it in a simple way, but I thought it was very important.
She also said, "We would like to have a relationship with Coop Mirai not only as a source of funds, but also as a source of manpower and infrastructure. The vice chairpersons of Tokyo Blocks 1 and 2 approached us this time, and it was a very welcome offer for an organization like RMJ, which is run by only one board member.
I thought I would do my best with the cooperation of everyone involved at Co-op Mirai, while valuing the three steps of "loosely knowing," "ai-nori," and "trying it out.
In closing
I wrote about Mr. H, the person in charge, in a previous NOTE, but to my surprise, we met for the first time on this day. I had planned to look for her after the meeting, but the chairman of the Social Action Foundation brought her all the way to the meeting (I was so happy!).
I had become accustomed to the remote control after the Corona disaster, but I still thought it was nice to have a face-to-face meeting.
It was stimulating to talk with other organizations, and I also had the opportunity to explain for the first time in person what we do and why we do it. I wrote about it last time, but here it is again.
What RMJ wants to do
Support for mothers regardless of race.
To reduce the number of mothers who feel lonely.
Provide support to mothers who want to receive support but face hurdles, either in person or online.
To give our staff a sense of contribution and enjoyment.
We just started this year, so we are new to this volunteer activity and don't know where we stand. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Coop Mirai for creating horizontal connections and actively encouraging us to work hard together in a heart-felt way, rather than just providing financial support. We will do our best again in the second quarter!
